Bramble and Gooch on their way out at Newcastle?

For the last four weeks or so most Newcastle fans have thought that Bramble’s poor showing in the second leg UEFA cup tie against AZ Alkmaar in Holland (March 15th) was probably his last game for Newcastle.

Jonathon Woodgate is unlikely to stay at Middlesbrough next season after having one of his best playing seasons ever. He has already played 33 times for Middlesbrough – beating the 27 appearances he made for Newcastle over one and a half seasons before moving on to Real Madrid.
