Hadji says
''Rich…Would you have the guts to say the same thing about Owen if he got injured against Russia.
You sound that he went and injured himself purposely.I bet when he returns and scores the first goal you’ll forget about everything.''
You guys who disagree with him can't even touch his argument. You anti-Emre's don't even know that you need to refute Hadji's argument to make your point.

I agree with Rich, Tomtoon and Gordon about Emre. Indeed, I was curious today about what NCU fans think about him and it's my first time on your blog. I am a Gala fan, and I will never forget the way Emre left our club and what he said about the club afterwards. He was too unhappy at Galatasaray because of monetary issues. Now he has fixed checks coming to his bank account, but I ask him: Can you deliver what's been expected of you? I don't understand many of the Turkish players' mentality. Poor boys out of the ghettos become millionaires in a few years and they can't handle it. You know Hagi was so helpful to him when they played together. But it's sad to see now that Emre didn't learn a lot from him.

Oh, and another point...

We pay the lads wages! I think I might just tell my boss I don't fancy trying anymore, but can she still pay us, of course, til I find an easier job.

Babayaro's a joke. An utter joke.

I'm a huge fan of emre, I reckon he's got bags of potential. When Roeder was here he was the only one of our midfield who could make a meaningful pass.

BUT

As much as I like him, you've got to look at the facts.

1) We stood by him in the racism row, something he got off lightly with really.
2) He's been persistently injured.
3) The injuries have kept him out of the team, so why did he whinge about not being a first choice player when he hasn't had a solid run since he got here? I'm guessing an antsy agent wanting his cut of a transfer like,
4) Being unavailable for Wigan then playing for your country is not on.

So, yeah, it's easy to say that people are getting angry far too quickly. But the guy's commitment is in serious doubt. Even when Bayern Munich were sniffing about, he didn't exactly turn his shoulder to them. If Parker, Dyer, Sibi, Bramble, Nobby had to go, then so does Emre.

As for Babayaro, who the f*ck is going to buy that sack of sh!te?

It's obvious that Emre's loyalty is his purse, firstly. Secondly to his national side, and then maybe Newcastle....
I'm really sorry for the way his career has progressed for NEW. I was really please to see him come, and then like always waiting to see his true ability.... And I'm still waiting.

Well then we'll see what happens,i just don't want Newcastle to lose experienced players. The only thing that can make me change my mind about Emre is,if what the Turkish papers are writing is true.In that case i'll be the first one here to say''Bye bye in January.
Rich.....I'm definetly a Toon fan.100% but i like Barcelona and Roma aswell but if Newcastle ends up playing against them one day its definetly Newcastle for me.
I like Barca and Roma but i LOVE Newcastle. One more reason to like Newcastle is the thing that i have a girlfriend from there.We.ve been together for 5 years, but she's from South Shields and i don't know how far is that from Newcastle.Probably not too far.
And ever since 2002 i have all Newcastle kits in my possesion.
And the reason i like Roma and Barca is cause of the Champions league and the satisfaction when Barca beat Arsenal in the final and kicked Clelsea out of the competition, but i also hated when Man Utd thrashed Roma last season.
The bottom line is,I have those 2 teams so they can face the big 4 in the Champions league.

Babayaro....groin strain....since................. FEBRUARY!!!!!!!!!!!!
That has to be a world record..........my mate had his leg sewn back on in January and he's back playing......................
Doesn't seem to hinder Babs when he's out clubbing and sh$£%ing down the Quayside...........This guy is on mega bucks...no wonder he's always grinning like a cheshire cat.
Back to Emre, no doubt he can play when he wants........he however seems to be a bit huffy and when things aren't going his way he starts to limp......
The toon no longer supports this kind of player so it'll be bye bye in Jan.

At least babayaro and carr are actually loyal to our club, Emre doesn't have the decency to be that, its fair enough to put your country before club, especially if your a foreigner because its where they grew up, their roots etc, but a FRIENDLY MATCH!?! that is not on, i wouldn't be surprised if he got booed next time he played...thats if he even makes a Premiership match appearance before he goes to play in a 'softer' league come january.

Just a thought though...

...has anyone entertained the thought that this might have a detrimental effect on Martins' commitment to the club???? apparently those two are really good friends.

once weve got rid of Emre, Babs & Carr we should have got ridden of all the chaf that is soaking up valuable space on our wage structure and also space in our physio room.

Im pretty sure by now Emre, Babs & Carr must have their own personalised physio tables with their names engraved on them at SJP!! i can just imagine it now:

Mr. Physiotherapist: 'ahh Mr. Emre, back again i see.. what is it this time? hamstring? groin? ligament? tendon? please take a seat on your custom built table'

Mr. Emre: 'Yup, hey their Bob, nice to see you again... you have a good weekend? hows the mrs?... you dont need to tell me what to do Bob you cheeky monkey, i know the drill by now!!'

As lamesley says get rid of them and bring in someone who can contend for the position and not just make up the numbers.

i think Emre will be off to some second-rate league in Turkey or Germany in Jan.

Carr may be lucky and go to a lesser team in the prem like the Brummies etc..

Babayaro will defintly be playing either in the championship or a lower league IMO.

Footballers contracts must be flawed if they can play international football when not fully fit, then get injured and expect their club to pay their wages. Something's wrong!

It's good for Newcastle that we have a team of international footballers, but something needs to be done to prevent them playing for their countries when its detremental to their club.

Our sick-note brigade; i.e. Emre and Babayaro need to leave Newcastle in January so we can bring in adequate replacements who do not have permanent residence in the treatment room.....
