Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan has Nicky Butt and Alan Smith back from suspension, and both start today in the Newcastle team against Arsenal in the FA Cup 4th round tie.
As expected, Smith will partner Michael Owen up front, and Butt replaces David Rozehnal in defensive midfield.
Emre is still missing as he serves the second game of his three-match ban.
Shola Ameobi is not involved this week, which allows Andy Carroll, who scored a hat-trick for Newcastle Reserves on Tuesday night, to be named among the substitutes. David Rozehnal also drops down to the bench.
Arsenal field a strong side with Fabregas, Gallas, Flamini and Adebayor all starting the game.

Comment #124Two nil game over. Next year the quadruple. Kev knows that Smithy and Butt are nowhere near good enough. Arsenal are superior so lets prepare for next season when we will beat the, long live the toon and gert ris of deadwood Smith, Butt, Geremi and I want to say Oba but he’ll stay cos Kev has just put him on £100K a week. Is he that good? He alweays seem to miss the goal to me.

Comment #128Daiv, who wants a cup are for minnows?? Yet we still can’t win it.
Who wants one, I don’t know more then anyone Given, more then anything wants to win silverware. I’m sure Shearer would have loved one as well.
