Ok Michael so let's appoint Houllier or some other 'tactical' genius and we'd have won last night's game against Arsenal? Sorry, I don't think so. The best team won and that is that. I believe Keegan, with time, will make us into a good, enteraining attacking football club again that stands a chance of winning things. It would have been the same with Allardyce, except it would probably not be the attacking entertaining football we crave, just boring boring crap which the toon army have to suffer and hopefully nick a 1-0 win. I know which i'd prefer. Give him time man, don't prove the media right in their 'Newcastle supporters are the most impatient supporters in the world' jibes.

Guys, I am Newcastle trhough and through, of that there is no doubt. To vebt My remonstrations suggests this.

Above anything, a football club is a business? Yes, if people were not making profit they would not invest money in a club.

To get things to change we need to build a winning culture, and to start we need to by getting someone at the top with that sort of culture.

Keegan has not won anything and has quit two times and that is too often for me.

The man is out of touch with modern football, he has not watched a game since 2005. Come on guys that is not someone we need. He saw a big pay day and signed up.

This is silly. I warned of this, getting Keegan was a joke, the man is a joke. When he left England the man said it himself, "I do not know tactics" This is a business ahead of anything right? We can agree here. Make decisions based on the brain not the heart. Keegan has been out of management since Worzel gummage was on TV he said it himself "I have not seen a premier league game since 2005" We are jokers hiring him. Sack the muppet now and bring Mourinho. Some one who has won something at least. that is the culture you have to build

I was in turnstile K, half hour before match, get my beers in with my lads, few seconds later, my mate says - look, there's mike ashley!! and sure enough there he was, with his possy, drinking beers, surrounded by the toon fans. 10 minutes after more people come in and realise he's there, he's being asked for photos and handshakes, and there he is, obliging the toon army, for a good half hour, enjoying the singing...
HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON!!

HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON, HE LOVES THE TOON!!

I don't care we lost to the goons today. Ashley man is a legend. Keegan is a legend. Shearer is a legend. Oba will be a legend. Owen will be a legend.

We WILL a trophy in the next 3 years, you mark my words.... :o)

yeah Dragoner, i'm keeping the Final Fantasy 7 spirit alive!! Best bloody game ever.

with each passing game, milner seems to do less and less. for some reason, i still rate him, if only on potential alone. maybe with some competition for his place, he may yet come good.

Can't wait for ACN to end, then we can get Oba and Faye back. u can keep Geremi!

Owen seems a shadow of himself and it's proving harder and harder to justify his ridiculous wages with his production. we shouldnt offload him though. maybe he can adjust his game from the 'Inzaghi type' striker he is into a more complete footballer.

we dont need Woody. our CBs are good enough. we just need a good DM to cover them as ryt now they are under too much pressure. at this point i'd take anyone other than Butt. maybe we should have stepped in for Savage?

tom he is immense every year he has played for a team they have one something and he is a leader

this is from wikkepedia

"Claudio Andrés del Tránsito Maldonado Rivera, or just Claudio Maldonado, (born on January 3, 1980 in Curicó, Chile) is a Chilean football player who is captain of the national side. He is a similar type of player to the likes of Ivan Campo, Mahamadou Diarra and Claude Makelele. Maldonado poseeses a great engine, top passing and tremendous battling qualities and is thought of by many as one of the best players in South America in his position creating an iron shield infront of the defence. He rarely goes forward, his goal tally is less than ten, but what he lacks in scoring Maldonado makes up for in tenacity and an ability to break down the opposition with great efffectiveness."

Maldonado, aint really seen him, ive seen like a minute of highlights froma santos game thats it, Makelele, nh, a young touch tackling dm for me.

Vukojevic, Cana, Fellaini or De Rossi.

Vuokjevic would be cheap, realistic and a great signing.
