Fantastic Atmosphere at St. James’ Park

Newcastle United manager Kevin Keegan has told his players they can expect a special reception at St James’ Park for their home game with Reading today.

Kevin Keegan – players will experience the fantastic atmosphere today

Kevin talked about the special atmosphere at St. James’ Park:

“For the first time since I’ve been here they’ll go out to an atmosphere,” “They’ll get an idea of how fantastic the atmosphere can be at St James’.”

“The players have played around the world but there’s no better place than St James’ when you have earned the right for them to get behind you.”

“The players played for the team last week and that’s why we got such a good performance,” “What we have got here now is that the players are together and I don’t know if we’ve ever had that.

“The lads have stuck together, the staff have stuck together and the fans have stuck by us.”

Two wins in succession against Fulham and Tottenham have pulled Newcastle a little clear of the relegation struggle and Kevin has highlighted the spirit in the squad as the main reason for the turn around.

Newcastle can register three wins in a row for the very first time this season if they can beat Reading today, and can banish all worries of relegation.

Yeah and whatever he achieved as a player was through hardwork.

Coppell said he wasn’t that talented but he got the European Footballer of the Year TWICE through staying back for extra practice and working hard. This is what makes a legend.
