Just another Sunday rag made up story. Ignore it. NUFC is negotiating with Owen now and I think he will agree to the terms – whatever they are – and they are certainly not known by the
People reporters.

Owen and Keane are about the same age and there is no way Keane is worth Â£10 mil more.

Owen is the better player and is worth at least double the 7mil mentioned. Darren Bent cost 16mil. Owen is top class. Would’nt go to Spurs. Why would we accept 7mil when there is no way we could replace him, even with double that money.

If we’re not going to be bringing loads of players in, we need to keep the best players at the club. I’d be gutted if he went to a big club like Man Utd, but if he left for the spuds. – That would take the piss.

hope all our players dont read all this trash and speculation written on here.they would all want to leave.i havn’t seen or heard any truth about anything including 80k wage caps,players coming or going.we always seem to whip up a frenzy over nothing.keep the faith.ok we lost modric to a side thats splashing millions and are in europe,and everything else you have heard is bullshit.

No but Spurs would never sell him anyway so its pointless talking about him especially if Berbatov leaves.

Though i do think they would sell Lennon and Bale for the right money.

Mind he is a brilliant player he has the right attitude, with Berbatov possibly going I cant see them risking parting with Keane, and I imagine they would want Owen to feed off Keane.
