It seems that Newcastle United are looking at a couple of Real Mallorca players, according to the Evening Chronicle today.
Kevin with his right hand man - Terry McDermott
Newcastle are extremely pleased with their acquisition of Jonas Gutierrez, and are presumably interested in a couple of other players.
Terry McDermott was sent to watch the Spanish club in their 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns last weekend.
News is that McDermott and Reserve team coach Adam Sadler were spotted at the Hawthorns.
Kevin Keegan apparently is interested in a couple of players and will no doubt have talked to new signing Gutierrez about the players, whoever they are.
We don’t know who the players may be, but our squad is still too small at the moment and if we can add another four players to the three we’ve already brought in, that could see us OK in terms of numbers.
However, we have to assume that both Alan Smith and Shola Ameobi will leave before the end of the month, so it could be that even four additional players before then, will still not be enough.
We are also half expecting that newcastle bring in a few more youngsters to the club in the next three weeks.

I agree with jst about everyone with the mallorca players. I hope it is Arango and Trejo, they are both good quality players and i think they would be reasonable prices 2 pay. Trejo is only 20 as well and he could grow 2 be a great player and Arango has already got enough quality 2 improve the team.
