Trevor Brown, who is an expert in paranormal affairs and curses, has told Sun Sport something that Newcastle fans have known for a long time - that the club is cursed.

Brown thinks the only way to turn around the club is by shifting toward positive thoughts.
Well, that’s exactly what Joe Kinnear has done this week, and of course he’s been obstructed as much as possible by some of the National Journalists, and in particular Simon Bird of the Daily Mirror.
Brown told Sun Sport today:
“Curses are all about negative thoughts. You can sense the atmosphere. And when you have 50,000 thinking the same thing, that is the outcome… It is like a whirlwind of negative energy.”
“But as soon as Mike Ashley leaves and Kevin Keegan comes back, the whole thing will turn around,” “If you hate something so much and you keep thinking it, that negative energy will take over.”
“It is possible the club is cursed right now. But it will lift once the thought patterns change. If the right man comes in, it could go overnight.”
“People used to say Sunderland were cursed. They got some bloke to do a blessing - and they didn’t go down last season, so maybe it worked.”
Successful people think positively, and tend not to moan too much, but are concentrating on getting the job done, and notice that Joe Kinnear has talked this week multiple times of winning tomorrow at Everton.
He’ll also have the players thinking that - so we’ll see how we do tomorrow, but we think the lads will be much better prepared to win a game tomorrow, than they’ve been for quite a while.
