Joe Kinnear welcomes back Jose Enrique from a hamstring injury with Sebastien Bassong dropping down to the bench, and Guthrie and Cacapa are also in the starting eleven, which looks an interesting and good choice by Joe.
Steven Taylor will move to right back and Joe has surprisingly has restored Claudio Cacapa to partner Coloccini in central defense. Looks like Joe is banking on experience this afternoon.
As expected Danny Guthrie returns from his 3 game suspension with Xisco moving to the bench, and it looks like Duff will join skipper Michael Owen in attack, with Geremi on the right wing.
Duff is in top form and he’s already played up front this season, and looked dangerous. and Joe has gone without a big striker up front, given the players available to him.
Everton are without suspended midfielder Tim Cahill, probably their best player, and the highly experienced Howard Webb is today’s referee.
