Keith Harris Seems Confident Of Newcastle Sale

2:13 pm, Wednesday, November 5th, 2008 by Dr. Ed Harrison · 100 Comments

Keith Harris, Chairman of Seymour Pierce Bank, has today offered more information on the pending sale of the famous Newcastle United Football Club.

Keith Harris -seems fairly confident of Newcastle sale

Harris said today:

“We have two very serious contenders to buy it.” “This the serious interest stage, and if you don’t have serious interest you don’t have due diligence.” “In a world like this it is no longer people just having a look at the tires.”

“In January we have that month of buying and selling players so I would imagine if I were a prospective owner I would want to own it either in time to have an influence on what happens in January, or at a time when I can assess what has happened in January.”

“Mike’s position is straightforward, if he can sell it to the right buyer at the right price he will sell it.” “The crisis makes everything difficult, we are all affected by it. Any investment decision you take with a lot of analysis and then a big swallow and a big dose of optimism.”

“The contenders know what the ball-park figure is. It’s like putting your house up for sale for £200,000 knowing that you will accept £180,000. Has the £200,000 come down to £100,000? We haven’t experienced that.”

“It’s more a question of do I want or need to buy a new house.” “We have had Nigerians that
don’t exist and South Africans told by the media they were bidding..”

Let’s hope the new buyers will get due diligence completed and take over the club before the end of December, so we’ll have the new Owner, new Board and permanent manager in place, for the January transfer window.

That seems to be a reasonable aim right now. What do you think?

Comments very welcome.

Maybe you idiots should find somewhere else to post if you’ve got nothing sensible to say about the subject on hand!!!
I’m fed up of reading complete rubbish by idiots who’ve got nowt good to say, I know its a free world but if you are true TOON fans, you should be backing what going on instead of taking the piss out of someone, so what if he’s got a big head, or he’s bald or anything else, just go post it else where!!!
Anyway, back to the topic in question, I’m hoping its either the Kewait guy or that Chinese Billionaire, or maybe even Paul Allen from the USA, as they’re all loaded & can buy some decent players for us & strengthern our team at last!!!

my mate was dumped last year. (bare with me) His girlfriend had a small time acting career on the go and she also did a bit of modelling. She had a small part in the low budget british horror movie “Creep”, Anyways,, she rings my mate up and she says, “I have found someone else, I really like him, I am not sure if he feels the same but we have slept with each other and i felt a connection, I am sorry but we are finished”

My mate was heartbroken but he was curious to know who this other guy was so he asked her!!

    her reply stunned him!!

“I have been Shagging Paul Weller” she confessed!!

He now hates him more than he always did!

Paul Allen is someone i’d like to buy Newcastle,he took the Seahawks to the Superbowl and lost from the Steelers(lost 100$ on that game :-) )
Not to mention he allready has a football team Seattle Sounders who’ll start in 2009 season.
His Portland Trailblazers are not doing good in the NBA but thats only cos their best player wasnt playing the whole last season….Greg Oden(1st pick of the draft in 2007)

He’s a sport fanatic who enjoys investing in sports industry.

broonale you,ve seen zeitgeist, well most people in the conspiracy movement point to the fact that a bunch of shadowy people called the illuminati are really the people who run the world, through fronts like bilderberg, the trilateral commission.
all the leaders we have ever had in this world are put into power by the shadowy elite called the illuminati.

  • 56 skin d // Nov 5, 2008 at 4:00 PM

    AO back again wey hey!!!!!

  • 57 broon ale // Nov 5, 2008 at 4:02 PM

skin d, i mentioned to a colleague what you said and his responce was.

“No I think he is great. Not a puppet at all. I believe he will change the world and the worlds perception of the USA. If McCain had got in then I think that it would have been very questionable. Barrack is going focus on bringing value back to America by developing his own country, not destroying others. He wants it to be self reliant again and not dependant on oil sources in the middle east.

As I have said many times today, he makes me want to wave an American flag. “

AO….Do you know the name of your new stadium?
If you don’t,we can give you couple of suggestions :-)

  • 61 skin d // Nov 5, 2008 at 4:20 PM

broonale,i am talking hypothetically, have you heard of conspiracy theories about shadowy people who really run the world nobody knows who these people are but they are supposed to put people like tony blair and barrack obama in power.

  • 62 broon ale // Nov 5, 2008 at 4:20 PM

the conspiracy docs, the illuminati or the NWO or whatever, are the banks of the world. They all have contact with each other and most probably ties to the government which allow them to pull favours every once in a while to get what they want. Lots of nepotism. If someone from a huge corp or bank bank rolls a senators campaign to become president it is likely the money comes with either masses of interest or a favour somewhere down the line. Money operates independently of countries, regions and borders and some believe that it is the people who control it that truly rule the world.

Even the President of the USA could be left out of this loop.

  • 63 Punk Skunk // Nov 5, 2008 at 4:25 PM

The illuminati are way more linked to the right wing inpolitics like…But most american presidents have family connections…Don’t know about Obama tho’, could be a departure, hope so…But you’re right about the world bank etc…They’re in cahoots!..
…The money men in grey suits don’t want any power or wealth tricklin’ down, that’s for sure!..

  • 72 Spyro // Nov 5, 2008 at 5:02 PM

Villa was a great all-round performance i thought. I thought JK’s tactics that night were spot on. I initially wanted a 4-5-1 and was sceptical when i saw the starting lineup. However, JK’s tactics came up trumps on the night and it was a nice feeling to actually EARN the points against a good side. That game revealed that Aston Villa dont really offer much other than pace in terms of an atacking threat. We kept in front of them all night and gave them nowhere to run and they had no plan B. They are definitely NOT top four material.

…He was very sour & ungracious in his after-game ‘speech’ the other night…They had one good chance, on a plate that agbonthehoare fluffed so completely, that it wasn’t even a miss!..

Gotta say some of you guys surprise me, not really interested in band gossip , but the political stuff was interesting, nice to see a younger generation with enquiring minds. (Not being condecending, please)
The tri-lateral commission theory has been around forever and yes the world bank and IMF
are more about control than aid.
Not familiar with “The Illuminati”, whats there story ?
Agree “constitutional monarchy” is an oxymoron, Prefer a republic personally.

Punk Skunk it goes back way before that to at least the Babylonians and a bit. Is Obama the Antichrist. He seems to be far to nice and charismatic to be anything other than a NWO stooge.

  • 81 Keegan Jnr // Nov 5, 2008 at 6:47 PM

You do realise that David Icke is one of the UK’s most prominent believer in The Illuminati… and he thinks the Queen is a friekin lizard.

I remeber watching the interview on the news hilarious viewing.

  • 82 Bill F (Original) // Nov 5, 2008 at 6:55 PM

I’ve actually met David Icke and yes he does spout from fairly strange stuff but a lot of it does make a sort of sense. The Queen Mum wasn’t a lizard though, the family has roots in Transylvania and they are actually all Vampires. You need to keep that quiet though or you will end up as living dead.

  • 83 Bill F (Original) // Nov 5, 2008 at 6:56 PM

Spelling mistake, From should read some.

  • 84 Keegan Jnr // Nov 5, 2008 at 7:00 PM

  • 85 Punk Skunk // Nov 5, 2008 at 7:36 PM

Well in my readin’ goin’ back to the early 80’s, when no-one i know was aware of such things(illuminati wise), can’t say i’ve heard of it goin’ as far back as the babylonians & the like, like!..
…But hey, y’learn somethin’ every 3.7 days on average, & all that!..

…& has the NWO become all inclusive, i find myself doubtin’ that!..
    …But, who knows?..

  • 86 skin d // Nov 5, 2008 at 7:46 PM

david icke talks about the babalonian bloodlines that still exist today, that through the centuries control and rule the world.
the royal family,s name is not windsor but SAXE COBURGH a german name that had links to the nazi party.
all over the world and spheres of influence you will find these people, political, banking, law they are plugged into everything.
have you ever noticed why police wear black and white checks on their hats? it,s illuminati symbolism, it denotes the knights templar.
symbolism is everything to the illuminati, statue of liberty is one of the most famous.

  • 87 skin d // Nov 5, 2008 at 7:50 PM

it is not about race to the illuminati but bloodline,so although obama is half black he could still have illuminati bloodline in his family.

  • 88 skin d // Nov 5, 2008 at 7:55 PM
