Lovenkrands Definitely A Threat For Us – Kinnear

Newcastle manager Joe Kinnear, still under pressure to bring good new players into the club in the next 10 days, is confident that he’s signed a good one in Peter Lovenkrands.

Joe Kinnear – glad to have Lovenkrands on board

The former Rangers player, with his lightning speed and lethal left foot, could be a good buy for the Magpies, even as a free agent, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating , and we should see Peter make his debut at some point during then Man City game, when both sides will be desperate for a win.

Joe told the official site today:

“We’re delighted to get a player with such experience on board,”

“Peter has spent nearly two weeks with us now and has really impressed.”

“He’s settled straight in with the rest of the lads and has enjoyed being with us.”

“He’s definitely a threat going forward and we’re hoping that he can help us to get some of the points which will see us move up the table.”

Joe Kinnear has to be well aware of the mounting doom and gloom surrounding the club, with most fans’ organizations thinking the sky is about to fall.

The gloom and doom on Tyneside right now is nothing that cannot be lifted by the signing of four new players within the next 10 days, not to mention that we could actually get a win at Man City.

Have any of the doom and gloom merchants considered that?

It’s very good that this attitude is not being replicated by Joe and the players, who after all are the ones who can get us out of this mess, otherwise we might as well give up right now.

We’d rather support Kinnear and the players through the end of the season, because any upheaval in either ownership or management right now, will surely see us relegated.

And if that attitude is not popular – as we suspect it’s not, by some of the scathing emails we’ve received recently – so be it.

Howay The Lads!!

Why would Krul go to Leeds? He’s way too good to even be first choice for them.

Hey, guys, I really don’t know if you do respect me as a supporter of Newcastle, so, I always try to get something else to bring for you here and at least have some consideration as a Magpie fan.

So, I tried hard and got EXCLUSIVE PICTURES from Caio Ferreira in Newcastle HQ and with players.

But there are 19 links with these photos and before post here I’d like to know just if you’d like to see and Mr. Ed Harrison allow me.

    Thanks anyway.

Brazilian Geordie – Email him usung the ‘Contact us’ hyperlink. Would be an article, go for it.

As for Lovenkrands, well at least he has pace which is more than I can say for 80% of our first team.

If you post one link at a time and they will come straight up. Whats that about respecting you as a fan. Everyone here respects any Newcastle fan in the end even though there are a lot of disagreements.

Brazilian Geordie – I don’t care if you’re an eskimo, you’re entitled to support who you like…If that team just so happens to be Newcastle then that’s a bonus…

Any photos would be useful because I don’t know much about the lad…Post them up mate!

Rich Toon .. if this is true .. it would suggest we are primed to get Fabian Delph .. thats IMO as why would be sell one of our best keepers.

Lovenkrands could go either way. He had a lot of pace at Rangers but that was a few years ago. Damien Duff and Michael Owenhad pace but look at them now, Those two are also a similar age to Lovenkrands.

so we’ve signed lovenkrands eh. a bit off topic. but had to mention. been spending quite sometime in this blog for a while and i’ve never seen stardust post anything positive about the team or the past managers.
he must either be Dennis Wise or a mackem in disguise.

That is possibly the most homosexual looking football picture I have ever seen! lol. Firstly you have the hair of Colo and Jonas, then you wonder where Colo’s hand is. Then you see Xisco sat on Nachos knee, with Nacho’s arm wrapped nicely around Xisco, and with Xisco’s hand worryingly close to Nacho’s crotch!
    (are they a couple?) lol

I got these photos on ‘ORKUT’, a very popular website in Brazil. I join and get on with a community – and I’m also kind of a creator of a fan base of Newcastle here in Brazil which has almost 100 members – so we everyday talk about things happening in the club.

So yesterday, a friend of Caio – who studied with him – send me a link with several photos, incluiding he playing in Brazil.

And, as I’m one of the onlys who can speak well the english language in that community, I came here and posted it, mainly because of you, so passionate. And knew you’d like it.

By the way, can you see the other 3 links I posted or is it still hidden?
