N’Zogbia Throws His Toys Out Of The Pram – Again

Sky Sports is reporting something we saw earlier today, but couldn’t believe it – that Charles N’Zogbia says he will never play for Newcastle again while Joe Kinnear is manager.

N’Zogbia – get rid of this big baby

Charles has been trying his best to get himself away from Newcastle United for months now, and while other players fight for the cause with everything they’ve got, this lad continues to talk about himself and is so self-centered it’s getting to be rather embarrassing for  all concerned.

Now apparently he’s upset because Joe Kinnear didn’t pronounce his name correctly, during an interview, and Joe quickly tried to cover it up by calling him Charlie – but that’s not enough for this egomaniac – and he’s issued a statement today saying:

“First of all I wish to apologize to the fans for wanting to leave the club,”

“However, having been insulted by Joe Kinnear, I will never play for him again while he remains Newcastle manager.”

“The club are aware that there are offers on the table for me and they should accept one of them.”

There have been problems with this immature youngster ever since we got him from Le Havre, in August of  2004.

And he’ll find out the problem he has is not Newcastle or Kinnear, but it’s with him, and he’ll realize the problem keeps following him wherever he goes. Just wait a couple of years and he’ll want away from whichever club takes him.

While it may be dangerous to let the lad go without having a replacement lined up, this Frenchman is a huge pain in the rear-end.

Joe should fine the lad, first of all – because we need the money.  😀

Then get rid of the egomaniac – but maybe wait until the summer.

Comments welcome.

Just repeating what I said on the Nolan thread…
    ________________-

Ahh, Charlie, how has it come to this?

We signed you as a boy, fought a legal battle to ensure we gave you the best start we could in football.

We played you as a teenager – you had regular high praise and an offer of guidance from our legend Big Al.

We gave you not 1, not 2, but 3 new contracts with pay hikes to match those of young talents in the Premier League.

We tolerated your barren spells, and you dip in form a couple of seasons ago.

We released you to play U21 friendlies when we were short on numbers, and should have protected you from injury.

We, the fans, cheered your every appearance and took you as one of our own.

And now when we are stuggling, when we desperately need loyalty and passion, commitment and repayment of our support…you elect to go on strike! I don’t blame you for being annoyed Kinnear got your name wrong, or spoke to you with rude words. I would too. But if I was genuinely with the fans – as you say you are – I would speak my mind and then STILL pull on my shirt against the Mackems….not for me, not for Kinnear, not for my wages, not for my career, but for my club and its fans.

If you can’t do that then, our one-time friend, goodbye.

Guys let’s do some creative thinking!

Who are the players out of contract in the summer in the Premier League? If we make a full list I bet we will hit 2-3 of the players Newcastle made or will make bids for!

Evbeck – true. But Bobby Robson once called Keiron Dyer “Kevin”, and Shola “Bambiobi”. And that didn’t lose him respect.

Now, if Kinnear meant it (the word was Insomnia) then that’s a shame….but I bet that is how it feels dealing with him sometimes. But I actually think it was just a slip by a man who is not especially articulate.

In my opinion he should be played left mid cause he is better then duff. he is faster better crosser more skillfull . I blame joe for this he has obviously said sumthing to the lad to want this cos as i said he could have left ages ago when he was geting played at LB.
For me this will be the millner situation all over again 🙁

Theres no way JK meant to say that, just a slip of the tongue, not the easiest name for a dinosaur like Kinnear to say, especially when being bombarded by scumbag journo’s just waiting for him to slip up.

Well said Benji I think he has allways thought he was better than what he is. and if we dont get a good price for him let him train with the reserves if he wants to keep fit. let him sweat it out till the summer.

    Ed…

‘There have been problems with this immature youngster ever since we got him from Le Havre, in August of 2004.’

In fairness, it wasn’t that long ago we were championing Zog, Milner and Taylor as youngsters with a refreshing attitude, his fall from favour has been pretty sudden.

Calm down folks… half of you aren’t happy unless your beating your chests and shouting about some latest villain at the club… read a few articles and come on ‘cockney mafia’, ‘french sulks’, etc. etc…

We need a replacement before letting him or anyone leave… pride before a fall is fodder for the lynch mob… Toonikstan, etc.

    Twin targets
Wigan’s Ryan Taylor and Bolton’s Kevin Nolan are said to be “close” to moving to St. James’ Park but both deals are still to be agreed.

If true, the pair would be more than welcome in our eyes – Taylor, if only to stop him scoring against us….

More on this as we get it.

Aye, apparently Kinnear called him ‘Insomnia’ – this article just goes to show what an inept, bull shi**ing puppet we have in charge of our team.
Pretty much everything JFK spouts is either lies or building Ashley up as some sort of martyr – we are doomed with these idiots, Ashley, Wise, Llambias and kinnear running the club – no wonder Given wants to leave, no wonder N’Zogbia has become disillusioned, no wonder Owen wont sign a new contract.
Kudos and immense praise for the likes of Harper, Butt, Gutierez etc for knuckling down and getting on with their job!
How the hell can Kinnear say ‘Charles is OK’ when obviously the little rat is annoyed to high heaven, I suppose as much as it disheartens me that he has gone public (and on strike) I guess he is just telling it how it is.
