We sense a little change in the reporting of the complete mess Mike Ashley has made of his ownership of the Newcastle United club.
Newcastle fans – screwed more than once by grossly incompetent Ashley
With the season tickets being sent out last week, and with no owner identified, no manager, no pre- season friendlies and nothing much else being done to prepare Newcastle for the new season, it’s another ridiculous bit of timing from the Laurel and Hardy duo at Newcastle.
Surely the business ineptitude of Ashley and Llambias, shown again and again at Newcastle, will forever stain their image as creditable businessmen – if not it should.
We’ve received a number of sympathetic notes from Leeds United fans regarding the plight of the club, and of course the Leeds fans have gone through more than hell and high since Leeds were relegated from the Premier League in 2004.
We are still hoping the Newcastle club can avoid the complete implosion that happened at the famous Yorkshire club, but none of that will be possible with Laurel ((Llambias) and Hardy (Ashley – who else?) still running the club – or should we be more specific and say running the club into the ground.
Look familiar?
We pray every night this lot leaves Newcastle just as soon as humanly possible – they are a disgrace to the Newcastle club – a complete and utter disgrace to the Tyneside club and to the City Of Newcastle Upon Tyne, which will now be hit hard by relegation.
We hope we have made ourselves clear on our feeling about Ashley and Llambias – we’re really not too fond of their business capabilities. 😀
Comments welcome.

Hopfully can the people of Persian Gulf’s jewel buy us out of this mess and install a manager with it. I think any stupid manager of any level will know how to manage Newcastle.
Just to make this simple. Rather then all the rubbish news and insider story..saying wise, sheppy, mike…
PLEASE BUY US. We will be richer then Man City then.
The Richest people of Persian Gulf’s jewel hear my prayer…

Comment #45LOL! Owen has made up an advertisment brochure on himself and passed it out to premiership clubs! It really shws that noone wants him anymore, and that he’ll actually have do convince clubs that he’s good enough to sign! It’s including his commersial value and star status, doesn’t he know that he’s ruined those two by his absolute abysimal performances???

Comment #48i completely agree with shot bru, Darren Ferguson would be an ideal choice. hes done a fantastic job at peterborough and hopefully would be able to talk to his old man and get one or two of man u’s youngsters on loan. i would love to see shearer as manager just because of his passion for the club and his status in the game would be a big draw for players – but passion can only take you so far, so once he has reached his pinnacle (as roy keane did with promotion), where do you go from there? he would be unsackable in the opinion of so many fans – even if his lack of tactical nouse was hurting the clubs chances of progressing

Ed Harrison
Im sorry Ed, but the quality of your articles has dropped significantly. Due to the lack of news concerning the club you have now resorted to churning out clone articles everyday. How many times have you produced an article regarding “Ashley’s incompetence” and “Sympathy for Newcastle fans”? Everyday i see 3 or so of these articles and to be honest Ed, it is getting incredibly tedious. If there is no news then there is no news Ed.
Ed whilst your free to write about what you like on your blog, what about this recommendation, you could run a series of articles on the players (youngsters) likely to stay here next year and the impact they could have on the team…
Players like Kadar, Tozer, Carroll, Vuckic, Ranger, Lua Lua, maybe get the readers incite on these players so that for those of us that live too far away to watch them play we can get a better idea of how they play (their strengths and weaknesses).
Maybe also an article on the candidates to take over the captaincy from the useless Michael Owen this season. And what the role of the captain should be…
Articles along those lines to get our thoughts off the depressing situation at the club… 🙂

I dont think the South African consortium rumour is true, unless there are at least 3-4 players involved.
Mosepe is worth about 800Mil pounds but I dont think he’d spend 100Mil on the club.

Not to bad mate. FFS aint got the money anyway so know need to worry ;-). I asked the girl at JJB why they didn’t sell them. I think i snapped a bit and said is it because we’re in the championship? She said “Sorry it had nothing to do with her.” Sad times my friend. Arabs or Far East investors for me. Get wor Al in now!!

Comment #65For sure, he’ll know exactly who he wants to keep. It feels like ages since we got relegated. Nothing has been done to prepare for next season. It wont be easy because every championship team will want our scalp. Im scared we might get stuck down there.

Comment #77Evening lads – got me ticket for Bobby Robsons Charity match.
Found this on nufc.com and it made me chuckle:
Allo Den, got
a new motor?
Several Sunday newspapers have reported that club MD Derek Llambias lost the use of a club BMW after the hire company repossessed it, claiming the deal had expired.
News of this had spread earlier in the week, prompting speculation that Llambias had ended his stint at SJP – a rumour fuelled by his absence from club meetings on Tyneside.
