Richard Money So Pleased With Newcastle Youngsters

Richard Money seems to have a wealth of young stars at Newcastle right now, and these lads will be given every chance to push through to the first team squad in the Championship this season.

Richard Money – very pleased with youngsters in pre-season

The young Newcastle Reserve side retained their 100% summer record after last night’s 4-2 victory at Blyth Spartans.

Haris Vuckic, Wesley Ngo Baheng, Kazenga LuaLua and Nile Ranger all scored last night, in what was an impressive performance from the youngsters.

And a delighted Richard Money talked about the youngsters after the game:

“I thought we played very well and it was a good game.” “I thought Blyth were very energetic and had some good  movement up top and we had to defend pretty well at times.”

“But some our passing and movement and attacking play was excellent.” “Our first goal was a great strike from Harris and the move for the goal was top drawer.”

“The first 20 minutes of the second half were terrific and we got another two good goals.” “I’ve said before that we’ve got some very good young players.”

“How ready they are to play in the first team, time will only tell, but I think a few of them could be arriving this year.  “I think they can all be pleased with their efforts this pre-season.”

These lads will all get their chance to be aoprt of the first team squad next season, as it seems like time is running out for the club to buy new players before the transfer season ends at the end of the month.

In any case Mike Ashley needs to appoitna  new manager before any new recruits can be brough into the Tyneside club.

What a terrible  way to prepare for our first season in the English second division for 20 years.

I am all for the kids doing well….but let’s be honest fielding a team of them next season they would be eaten alive in the championship….even our 1st team will be easy prey this season as they have no bottle, weak defence and make very few scoring opportunities.

JK coming back would make no difference to having Houghton and Calderwood on the touchline..all 3 are seriously lacking.

I don’t believe that anybody would go on two national radio stations and say he has been offered a contract when he hsn’t.

So if SSN are saying the club are denying this I don’t know who to believe as their both fckin lying bastards!

Why haven’t the club released a statement!

After see Ashley and co. done with Newcastle. I cannot understand how Ashely success in their business. He’s absolutely unprofessional and no creative to do anything.

Nothing happen after relegation and may appoint manager who nobody want around 2-3 days before start new season, without permission to bring new players and no chance to decison who to leave in last few weeks of transfer windows.

    God bless us !!

the club didn’t deny they’d offered him the job, they said they’d spoke to Kinnear but he isn’t ready to get back into work so he will not be coming back as our manager!! but they admitted they had spoken to him a couple of weeks ago

    Ryan

I won’t be going to watch the matches if JFK is appointed manager.

He said himself that there is no money to spend if Ashley keeps the club.

    We will just go down!

joe is due to release a book yeah? what better way to drum up publicity than too pretend he’s due back as newcastle manager? All of a sudden everyone wants a word with Joe and he’s already been on two radio stations today! he’s using NUFC as a publicity tool the little lying p***k.

Oh ok. So when we sell all our best players and cannot replace them we will be ok will we?

The fact that the squad is thinner than Posh Spice already and will look like fishing line come 1st Sept doesn’t seem to bother you?

David Craig said Joe Kinnear will NOT be coming back to NUFC. Certainly not while Ashley has the club.

So why does Joe think he was due to be announced for the Dundee game?

    He must be going nuts!

    ———————

he said he wouldnt be coming back because of the fact that when ashely talked to joe his doctor said he couldtn return to managemanet for another couple of months and ashley wanted a manager in by the 1st game of season, so that is why he wont be coming back as manager, not because he wasnt asked!!
