Jose Enrique – No Excuses From Now On

Newcastle efender Jose Enrique believes there are now no excuses from the team for any more poor displays, like the last four games.

Jose Enrique – no excuses from now on

Jose, who is becoming a leader at Newcastle, is simply demanding improvements when the Magpies take on Doncaster on Saturday at St. James’ Park.

He admitted the lads were angry with themselves in the dressing room after the Scunthorpe game, and the Spanish U21 left-back said today:

“If we want to come back to the Premier League then we need to win games. There can be no excuses now.”    “We were angry with ourselves in the dressing room after the game, and we do not want a repeat of that this weekend.”

“It is easier playing at home, of course, and we must claim a win against Doncaster.” “The gap is starting to become smaller at the top and after Cardiff and Middlesbrough won there is just one point between four teams.”

“We have a chance now to claim a win and we are determined to do that.” “We are still in a very good position because of our start to the season, but we must pick things up – starting on Saturday.”

A win on Saturday and everything will calm down on Tyneside, and we can look forward to going to Sheffield United a week come Monday, and putting up a good show in that game, with the goal of winning of course.

There is no need to panic at this stage of the season.

A positive way of looking at things is even though we’ve taken just 2 points from 12 – we are still in an automatic promotion spot, so look what may happen is we put a winning streak together.

The only team that can stop us getting promotion this season is ourselves!

Almost got that bit right and certainly seem to be trying very hard to make it true.
New manager for Boro will see them on the up, QPR flying at the mo and probs have a bit of money to spend in Jan. Cardiff, Baggies, Forest likely to be up there leaving just 1 place to fill.

championship is something we need to get used to – we’ll be here a long time, to be honest I can’t see the point of getting promoted whilst ashley owns the club for reasons below although the parachute money runs out end of season so we’ll be double fooooooked

    He’ll instantly double the price
He still won’t spend any money
    We’ll still have no buyers
    We’ll be relegated again

I reckon we’re prob worth around 50 million all in, he wants 80 million plus the 100 milion loan paid back so it’s never gonna happen – administration is the only way but I’m not sure he can do that as he’s the only creditor
more likely we’ll sell anyone we can come Jan and I’d imagine Collo, Jonas, Smith, Enrique and poss Nolan will be outta here

Ryan-you’re really starting to look stupid with your Enrique bashing. Do you genuinly watch or listen to ANY Newcastle matches? He’s been one of our best performers to date this season, very possibly the best on the field the past 2 or 3 weeks.
