Jose Enrique All Set For His Return Tomorrow

Chris Hughton is expected to play Jose Enrique tomorrow in the game against Barnsley.

Jose Enrique – all set for return

We’re not sure whether Jose will start, but it looks like the player is all ready to come back sometime during tomorrow’s game, and Newcastle fans will no doubt welcome the popular player back into the fold.

Enrique told the Evening Chronicle today:

“I think I’ll come back, but I don’t know yet, not until just before kick-off.”“I’m happy because I think I’m ready for the game.”

“But I know the level of performance that is expected now because the team is playing so well.”

“The team has had a good performance again at Watford, and I want to play. I watched the highlights of the game and knew what would be expected of me.”

Barsnley are a much improved side this season, since new manager Mark Robins was appointed last September.

At the time Barnsley were rock bottom of the league, but now they have moved into 11th place on 45 points, just 4 points our of a play-off place for promotion.

An excellent piece of coaching from Robins.

Nottingham Forest and West Brom both have potentially difficult games tomorrow against Swansea City and QPR respectively, so a Newcastle win could be so important to pull even further away from those chasing clubs.

And Enrique continued:

“The players are happy, because we have a good distance between ourselves and the other ones.”   “There are a lot of games left – 13 – and it’s important we continue doing the same.”

“We’re only concentrating on the next game.” “The next game is the biggest. We need to continue the same.”  “I’m happy because I’m back. It’s good for me and the team, and we need to win the next games.”

“I think it’s the best dressing room we have had, and it shows in the games.” “Not for the quality, we have good quality.”

“We meet all the time. We go to dinner, and we went to the cinema last night.” “If you have a good dressing room, it shows on the pitch.”

It’s just great to see the players are so together both on and off the field, and such a dramatic and welcome change from last season.

But hey, we just love it!

Why not either give him a run out in the reserves , or start him and if he is either rusty or not match fit , substitute him, it aint rocket science.

You have to go very far to find a full back or winger who has the combination of pace and strength. The Spanish joanna Lomu.

If a player has that extra half a yard, he’ll shrug you off, if they’re stronger than him he will just outpace them. Physically outstanding.

Just needs to continue developing his games and positioning and decision making. As well as his consistency with crosses, but cant really moan as he usually creates the crossing opportunities himself with Jonas.

Billy Davies said about us we have a top class left side and i think with the form they are both in this reason every time in the prem will have to adjust their game to handle jonas and enrique.
