Fitz Hall Could Make 7th Magpie Appearance at Plymouth

It turns out that Fitz Hall has trained for the last two days, so if  Coloccini isn’t fit for the game at Plymouth, Fitz could be making his 7th appearance on Tyneside.

Fitz Hall – could play on Monday night

Newcastle manager talked today about Fabricio’s hamstring injury to the Newcastle Evening Chronicle:

“Fabricio just felt his hamstring slightly.”“We just very much hope it is a slight one, but we won’t know until we assess it. I would think he’ll be a doubt, but we’ll find out.”

“We’re hoping Fitz will be available.” “He’s trained the last two days, so he’ll train right the way through and be available for Plymouth.”

And we think Chris will play Fitz Hall on Monday night to give him a  game,  if there is any doubt at all about Coloccini.

Hughton looked cool, collected and pleased following the game last night, and he continued:

“We have three games left, and we’d like to go through to the end of the season and put ourselves in a position to win all three games.”

“That’ll be one of our targets, but the initial one is to try and secure this title.”

Winning their last 3 games of the season will give Newcastle a 9 game winning streak to see out the season.

Then we’ll need to continue that run when we start in the Premiership in August. 😀

I think we should sign him up. He a decent defender, but great on the ball and has an awesome pass on him with prem league experience.

hes been back up since he came in on loan, he hasnt complained and has done his job well when he gets on the pitch, think he’d be a great back up signing as he wouldnt need to settle in and would cost peanuts

I think we should sign him up purely on the basis of having the best nickname in the prem.

Oh, and he looks quite handy too.

Kadar’s the star, though – awesome last time we went to Plymouth; got to watch him from a few yards away and the lad’s got some serious presence.

The way Hughton (rightly) protects his players against the slightest twinge means we need deep cover in all positions. So the back 4 needs to be a back 8 + 2 other players capable of playing in more than one position. Surely there’s room for Kadar & One Size in that mix somewhere? Unlike many defenders we have had in the past he looks solid when defending and comfortable going forward.

Top priority has to be another RB in place this summer as we look SO vulnerable at times down that flank.

I guess, because of how injury-plagued Newcastle are, he could be a decent BACKUP. Dont really understand where all the good words from some of you come from though…he is not good enough to be anything else than backup when everybody else is injured.

You also get the idea of the players quality when a Sunderland fan (NUFCELITE) wants him to sign for us.

We can’t keep Collo, S Taylor, Williamson, Kadar and Fitz Hall – 5 into 2 just doesn’t go so someone will need to be shipped out (either on loan or sold)
Wouldn’t be surprised if we cash in on Collo if he has a decent world cup or cash in on him even if he doesn’t play in the summer

To sell Colo would be stupid. Taylor, an unproven Williamson, a none more than decent Hall, and young Kadar…could be scary in the Premiership…

Haha, dont call me that shitword.

I watched the forest game. He was good then, but ask any Forest fan how he has played in general this season.
