Vladimir Weiss Agent Upbeat About Newcastle Loan

We had an article out earlier today indicating that Vladimir Weiss, the Slovenian 20 year-old winger, who is currently at Manchester City, is a loan target of Newcastle United.

Vladimir Weiss – good looking 20 year-old winger

It would appear that Weiss and his agent may be keen on a Newcastle loan move, but it seems that little progress will be made until the World Cup is over in South Africa.

Juraj Venglos is Weiss’ agent and this is what he said today:

“On Newcastle, I only know what has been reported. We haven’t heard anything, and things will only be decided after the World Cup. I don’t know anything until then,”

“But Vladimir just wants to play football – and of course he wants to play at a big club.” “He must make the decision himself, though, and that will only come after the World Cup.

“We will see.”

Vladimir’s father is the current  coach of the Slovakian side, and played for both Czechoslovakia and Slovakia at International level when he was younger, and Vladimir’s grandfather played for the Czechoslovakian National side, so the youngster comes from a good footballing family – that’s for sure.

All three of them are called Vladimir Weiss.

Vladimir has played 5 times for Manchester City with one goal and when on loan at Bolton Wanderers this year he played 13 times without scoring.

Vladimir has so far played 11 times for his country, and certainly looks a very good player in the making.

    Howay, Ed.
    It goes something like this….

“Err…who? Look, I don’t know anything except what’s printed in your own papers so sod off and leave us alone”

That hardly qualifies for your headline, does it?

I don’t like misleading Headlines either. Not much point in them.

I’ve never seen him play but he has got good reports.
Certainly in him being a winger he is what we need.

    Agent “upbeat”?

Not what that quote says. It reads to me “Papers have made everything up”

    Another mis-leading, hit generating Ed-line

Well i think Dzsudzsak is better than Weiss but He cost about 7-10 million € but i think he is world class winger

@nede, being a hungarian myself i can say that Dzsudzsak is truly a gret player and would be an absolute brilliant addition to our team….but sadly it won’t happen…he’s out of our league…Arsenal want him.

Congratulation, but Weiss is Slovakian not Slovenian. Sometimes I just wonder.

It is really funny how some people are always dreaming about world-class players and sometimes I just wonder how the other people give the name like Dzudzulak and are trying to convince the others that he is a world-class player. And they just saw him on youtube.com. Pretty funny. It seems to me that D.Wise did this. That is a reason why so many of them were finally sh*t.

Weiss, is a slovakian winger, his dad is the manager and he is even at the world cup. Ed some of your stories of late have been poor. however i reckon signing this lad would be brilliant, he has skill, pace and can score goals
