Hughton Starting To Turn The Screws In Dublin – Good

The Newcastle players were seen out at 7:00 am this morning riding their bikes just outside of Dublin, Ireland, as they now have an early 6:00 am wake up call at their headquarters at Carlton House.

Kevin Nolan – new Newcastle captain?

The Newcastle coaches are starting to turn the screws more and more  in training, with the lads now getting up for a bike ride every morning at 7:00am, and (hopefully) as many as three training sessions a day, as our players need to get super-fit for next season.

W were a little disappointed to see some of the lads smiling on their bikes this morning – but that’s only because we are masochists. 😀

Kevin Nolan talked to the Evening Chronicle today:

“We’re back, ready and raring to go.” “Hopefully there will be a few new additions in the summer that will help us to go on to where we want to be.”

And we think Kevin Nolan will make a great captain next season for Newcastle, and will epitomize the new-found mental strength, guts and pride that the relegation side of a couple of years ago lacked so much.

But not the terrific bunch of lads we now have on board.

Howay The Lads!!

Whats wrong with the players smiling…shows the morale is still there.

And surely they were smiling because the camera was there. Soliders smile in pictures in the trenches, and im sure they werent enjoying it
