Kazenga LuaLua Likely To Be Sent Out On Loan Next Season

Chris Hughton is ready to send Kazenga LuaLua away on loan for the season,  to give the 19 year-old promising young player first team action.

Kazenga LuaLua – out on loan next season

Kazenga made a brief appearance for Newcastle on Saturday against PSV, and Chris Hughton thinks he needs first team action to further develop his football skills.

Ther youngster played at Brighton for a while earlier this year, and the south coast club are said to be very keen to take the lad on a season-long loan deal.

Hughton told the Evening Chronicle yesterday:

“He is a young, promising player, but we have to look after our own players.”

“When we are happy with what we’ve got and know we can afford to let a couple of players to go out, we will let it be known.”

“It’s important for them to play, though. It’s important now, but we also have to have an eye on the future.”

If Newcastle bring in Tom Cleverley then we think that Kazenga will be allowed to go out on loan next season.

And some Newcastle fans will say why bring in Tom, but just play Kazenga instead next season.

We think the answer is that the players’ developments are at different stages and Tom is on the verge of the Manchester United team and will give more to Newcastle than Kazenga can – at this stage of his career.

But hopefully after a year away – Kazenga will be all ready to fight for his first tema place next summer.

No question at all. Just send him until he gets better. He has really good dribbling and speed, but I am guessing he just can’t prove it to Chris Hughton. Really best option is to just send him out on loan again.

To be honest from my (very limited) experience of watching him – all for the first team – he has looked very poor. Weak and lacking in quality. So if he couldn’t contribute last season in the CCC there’s no way he’ll contribute next year in the PL. Bit part player, bring in Cleverley.

he did not get his chance last season but the championship is where he needs to go to on loan. brighton are crap and he is far too good for them. He is a promising young player but could be ruined by injuries like Dyer was when he played for newcastle.

I would like to see LuaLua come good, but to me he doesnt’ look like he will make it. Still, as the man above mentinoned, he didn’t really get much first team with us. Perhaps a regular gig in the CCC may make all the difference, and he may come back a better player.

There was alot of hype about him a few years ago but it looks like another one who will fizzle out to a nothing player in the lower leagues….look at matty pattison and Alan O’Brien.

Thats why it think its rididulous when people say start Vuckic…the quality gap is huge and he still needs to prove it. People were calling for LuaLua to start a few years back. Although Vuckic is better than LuaLua saying that.
