An update on my health situation - we have terminated the PluVicto treatment halfway through, because of the severity of the side effects - diarrhea, vomiting, and acid reflux.
And there was no evidence the treatment was having any positive effect in stopping the prostate cancer from spreading in the bones.
There are no treatments left for me to go on.I will go into home hospice care now and will have a hospice nurse visit me at home regularly to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and we will treat the side effects of the treatments I have had.
It's down the final stretch now, and I have run out of treatments, and nature will now take its course.
I hope Newcastle can get many wins this season from now on, and I am at peace with all of this.
Thanks for all your help through the years - it's very much appreciated
Ed Harrison

Comment #4Just arrived home after the game. Great performance today from every player. Williamsomn was exellent Barton in the second half was superb but Ben Arfa really was that good. What a bit of business from Chris and the boys. A great result today and nothing at all lucky about it. Talking to the Everton fans i work with they even admitted we deserved it,some even said we were the best team to play at Goodison this season.

What a superb goal. I didn’t see the 1ste half, but the reporters were talking about a very good Newcastle side. In the 2nd hafl Everton was pushing but we were quite able to deal with the pressure; we were lucky with the post ball and Collo made a superb tackle to deny Fallaini, who IMO deserved a straight red card.
Tiote was also excellent and we have now plenty of posibilities to change a game, strong bench.
Perch had his fifht yellow already, but I think he did quite well in the second half. And Krul is such a good goalie.
Well done to the boys and staff, cause winning at Everton (and deserved) is not given to many teams.

Comment #9Its actually good to see some “old” players sitting on the bench, it goes to show that we have better player now on the field now.
IMP: I think is a LB that is still short of.

Williamson was brilliant?
I reckon he played really well but at least 3 times he could have given away a peno and was found wantin.
Sol for CB next game for me

Funny Russian commentator.
Ha-tem Ben Ar-fa.
About the game – saw the last 10 minutes only and we looks Sh*****t!!!
Really bad. After HBA went off, we had one striker Jonas (hh…) and we couldn’t pass the ball 3 times. Why not to keep the ball and pass it around, instead of kicking it away and letting Everton chances to come back in the game.
I think those last 10 minutes against a stronger side would brought us a draw or even worse.
But good for us that it didn’t happened, I am very happy with this win!!!
