Newcastle In Training Session Today – Indoor Photos

Alan Pardew took his first training session today, and we’re pleased to see that most of the players seemed to be in good spirits.

Alan Pardew and Steven Taylor share a joke

The lads trained indoors presumably because the Benton pitches are frozen solid, and at least Alan Pardew seemed to get in a good session with the lads.

Then you take the number you last thought of, multiply by two, and divide by pi – got it?
Joey – have you been drinking again?

Shot of Alan as he surveys the training – I’m in charge!

Three wise men

Two wise men

What’s up with Tim Krul?

Don’t know if my feelings betray me , but I am starting to get a good feeling about all this let’s wait and see , we may all be pleasantly surprised, when ch was taken on at first we were unsure , but look what happened there, i was always a little unsure whether ch would be tactical and ruthless enough for the epl, i will never do ch a disservice coz i thought he did a brilliant job but we must back our new situation now

Pardew is a joke, Krul will leave in January he was very close to Barron who left the club, think we will see our best players out the door tbh.

    GET ASHLEY AND PARDEW OUT

Demonstrations outside Mike Ashley’s home would do the trick. It would scare the hell out of him and he’ll have to leave. Demonstrations during matches will only cause a distraction to the players and we will then be relegated forever!

    Demonstrations achieve nothing.
Empty seats are the answer. I would love to see fat man and lamb ass watching a game on their own. STAY AWAY. Or do you like being urinated upon. Oh and Ed any views on fat man? Everybody hates him and wants him out and your silence is deafening. Are you in his pocket as well as Mr Pardew?

The only time everybody looks annoyed is when they’re looking at the camera (with exception of Krul). I doubt we’ll lose Tim in January because he loves the place.

@jimiley: F**k off if you don’t like it, then. If somebody isn’t constantly wiping their tears away and stomping their foot while holding up their bedsheets does that mean they’re “in Ashley’s pocket” too?

Ed has expressed his views about Ashley plenty of times, just because he hasn’t wrote an article on him (which I’m fairly certain he did a while back) doesn’t mean he’s wiping his upper lip and getting back to his feet to shake Ashley’s hand.

Ashley is here and we’re stuck with him for the time being. Sweet FA we can do about it – unless you’ve been to Primark to buy some sheets?

    Jimiley,
Unfortunately Pardew is already here and there is nothing we can do about it, he will make his own fortune whilst he is here, if he gets results he will stay a while and give us some stability if he doesn’t he will be out on his ear and the fans will let him know if they approve or not quite frankly i don’t care either way i would prefer he was allowed to try and do the job otherwise we will end up with another change of manager at the end of jan or feb and in a much worse situation now.
if the players have got to get on with the job in hand the supporters need to get behind them and support there team after all thats why we go, Ashley is just a thorn in our side for the time being, the club is for sale and sooner or later it will get sold but until then unless you or anyone else reading this has a spare £200 million under their mattress there we have to either put up or shut up

this morning in Mexico found a news story. said that Arsenal are interested in signing Jonas Gutierrez in winter and provide ten million euros. if the news is true I do not understand the reason for selling, we are not fools, if Arsenal do not want it that we give in exchange for a player of them, perhaps Nicklas Bendtner, Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere.
I say this because jonas is 27 years old and maybe just 5 first-level players, however Bendtner, Walcott and Wilshere are young and have a career ahead. jonas so if the club will not be so bad, provided either by an exchange for some of these players.
    saying?

branunited: paper talk over hear is that liverpool want him, not arsenal.

frankly i find it amazing that anyone wants him. He tries hard, to be fair to him, but his final ball and general passing game is atrocious.

if someone offered the right money for him, i wouldn’t be that bothered to see him go, as long as the money went on a proper winger who can provide the ammunition carroll needs.

    aye, we’re jealous of sunderland.

that’s why all your players spend so much of their free time in the toon then, eh?

cos sunderland’s such a wonderful, cosmopolitan town?

    do’s a favour, kidda.

daffy, this is a football blog you are quite right did someone have to read that for you? anyway there is no way I or any other true geordie would support your shite 5-1 😉 you don’t get any entertainment at your club cos you play shite football under your geordie spy of a manager SB he might be the longest serving manager in the north east but that says alot for you you’ve never been that highup the table before but just remember thats about as high as you’ll ever get and you might take the piss out of us but at least you can, Just remember us when you do as you can’t take the piss out of shite and your shite alright
See you in the religation battle 😀

‘Better owner , chairman , manager & team’ – is that why we beat you 5-1.
‘If we’re shite what does that make you lot?’ – clearly better than you as we beat you 5-1.
‘The clocks ticking till mid Jan & we’ll put that right’ – shame you couldn’t do that the first time, of what was it, oh yea, 5-1.

I said all along that you wouldn’t get a bad reaction from the players.
Wouldn’t be good for the old career profile and all that.
So long as the wedge keeps rolling in who cares eh?
They come and they go, we’re still here at the end of it.
These guys wont be affected by a walk out in the stadium – not that we the fans could rise to such unity against our illustrious leaders.
What an amazing statement it would make, nay fans inside the ground, live on tv.
    Ashley and co total humiliation.
Dont tell me this would make the lads lose. They probably gonna get thumped anyhoo.
No! just lube up and take another porking from the cockney w@nkers.
