Newcastle are today linked with Bournemouth striker Danny Ings, who turns 19 years old in a couple of weeks time.

Other clubs said to be watching the Winchester-born player include Liverpool and West Ham.
The 5’10” tall 18-year-old is playing for the Bournemouth first team, since he returned from his loan spell at Dorchester, and Bournemouth are just 4 points behind Brighton at the top of League One.
Ings made his Football League debut at Milton Keynes Dons in late December last year, and he has so far scored two goals in 12 starts for Bournemouth this season.
He was on loan earlier this season at Dorchester Town, who are also nicknamed the Magpies and play in black and white striped shirts like some other famous team – no not Juventus.
Danny impressed with 7 goals in 13 starts for the Dorset club, and looks like a very good player coming through the ranks down south.
The news is that Liverpool have been watching Ings regularly, but West Ham and Newcastle United are also said to be keen on the youngster, who is loaded with technical skills.
If Danny continues his rapid progress this season, we could see the Tyneside club bidding for his services in the summer, but of course he will be one for the future on Tyneside.
Newcastle are always on the look-out for good players coming through, who they can then bring to Tyneside, and coach them to their full potential at the Newcastle club.
