Pardew To Discipline Best And Ireland For Nightclub Photo

Let’s hope we don’t go too far with this Nightclub photo affair.

Leon Best – to be disciplined when he returns from Ireland duty

The photo was taken at the Tup Tup Palace in Newcastle on Friday night, and then it was put on the nightclub’s Facebook page, and it turns out the players didn’t even consume any alcoholic beverages.

Leon Best has already joined the Ireland squad in Dublin, and Alan is yet to meet with Best, Ireland and up-and-coming defender Stephen Folan, all Irishmen, who were pictured baring their torsos at the nightclub, we suppose as a dare.

The players have already issued an apology, and we had hoped that would be the end of it.

This is what Alan said today about the incident:

“All I want to say on that is that as Leon Best has traveled with Ireland , we’ve not faced each other yet.”

“There will be discipline involved, for sure, but I want to see all three together in my office before I say anything more.”

Ireland in Alan’s statement is referring to the Ireland International side.

One way to look at this is that it was all very innocent, and unfortunately came out following one of Newcastle worst displays and results this season, and it didn’t help things, that’s for sure.

We want to put this one behind us, and concentrate fully on one of Newcastle most important games of the season,  a week on Saturday at home to Wolves.

I have this horrible mental image now of Best & Ireland in gimp costumes with AP holding a whip and paddle!

3 players holding up shirts, sober, in a nightclub at about 7 in the evening (it must be shit because it looked empty).
Obviously a very slow news week.
Pardew wants to be disciplining the morons who played like fannies on Saturday.

I can forgive Ireland(the air-head)for not wanting to play for Ireland(the country), for going to a club when he should’nt have, for killing off 3 grannies, without their conscent, for trying to speak french but for the love of god PINK KNICKERS!!!!!

I hope Pardew puts as much effort into getting the team performance right against Wolves as he has on this issue. Pampering to the scum press or wot?

And this from a bloke whose own private life has been far from exemplary.
