James Perch Ban Reduced to Just One Game By FA

It seems that Newcastle are at last getting some good news.

James Perch – ban reduced to just a single game

And it’s that Newcastle defender James Perch has had his three-match ban reduced to just one match after a successful appeal today.

The defender was sent off in the Reserve team game earlier this week, and it happened when James was kicked by young forward Ravel Morrison, but he then grabbed the player and the two of them were summarily sent off by referee Ross Joyce.

But Newcastle have appealed the severity of the three match ban,  and were successful today, as an FA regulatory commission came out and agreed with the Newcastle club.

They now have reduced Perch’s ban to just a single  game, to be served from April 4, and that means he will miss the match at Aston Villa on the following Saturday.

But at least Ryan Taylor will be back for that match, having served his three match ban by then, for being sent off against Bolton Wanderers.

James Tavernier was recently recalled from his loan spell at Gateshead to provide more cover for Newcastle at the full back position, but we doubt he will go back to Gateshead now, as all loan moves in any case had to be completed by 5:00 pm today for Conference clubs.

Now, with this good luck,  if only Wolves will score a couple of own goals a week tomorrow.

😀

Perch will miss the Villa game… ? Bad news that. Last time he played against them we won 6 – 0.

good news would have been if the ban had been increased to 8 matches.

Time to move Perch to right wing. That should be his best position.

The panel that sits in judgement of Newcastle United (FA regulatory commission) have given us a raw deal this season with 3 match bans here and there. ..Tiotie’s ban was a disgrace and with Referees conspiring with them saying they did not see it etc come the Monday morning it gives them licence to dish out punishment to us. We have had a raw deal from them , And the reason ?

They are all ex Southern based players that live in London…They convene at Wembley on a Monday morning ..Do you think they have been fair this season, Williamson, Collochini, Tiote, anyone else?

Theres a southern Bias and disregard for Newcastle United because of the constant negative press the media reports on us ..so morons …..ILL educated Morons who sit in judgement on us have an inbuilt institutional FA bias against us ..They are the unthinking when it comes to football and handing out bans to north east football clubs…

And the De Jong on HBA assult was an absolute cover up and a national disgrace

Every thinking football person in Europe condemed De Jong but our football authorities (HA HA,) done sweet FA.

I have spoken to people at the FA many times and I always ask them who sits on the FA panel handing out punishment

They will not tell you, its a top secret !
and this is one thing that should be transparent.

The FA is Corrupt to the core .

The biggest lie the FA will tell you is this one ..

The referee seen it and he took the appropriate action at the time ..He thought there was nothing more serious to deal with (or words to that effect ) He dealt with the situation so there is nothing we can do afterwards because of FIFA rules !

Well They are Bloody well telling outright lies there !

FIFA does allow retrospective action and it does not matter what the Referee seen or did not see That is in the FIFA rule book !!!!!!!!!!!!

LOOK at Australian, American, And Canadian Football Leagues.. (They play under the exact same Fifa rules as us) , they all do it and FIFA allows this ..Its in the rules ! Dont matter if the ref dealt with something or didnt ..they deal with it after the game. Fifa rules allow this and our FA tell you they dont ! because of Fifa rules !

And our FA always say they can’t look back at an assault etc even when they have clear video evidence !! Because the ref dealt with it at the time, their hand’s are tied ! LIES !!!!

Where you aware that they are telling you lie’s ?

They are really corrupt and now proven Lie tellers ..

    That was quite a rant!

What are the chances he would have played in those 2 games?

Hopefully thats the last we have seen of him in a toon shirt. Forest can have him back if they were sad to see him go. I wont be.
