Break-In At St. James’ Park – All Trophies Safe!

There are reports coming through that there has been damage caused by three men, after they broke into St. James’ Park last month.

The magnificent St. James’ Park

Newcastle fans have to hope that all the trophies we have won over the last 42 years are still there, but it seems they are, because nothing was stolen.

The break-in took place back on Sunday morning, March 20th, at around 6:20am, as the Northumbria police released CCTV images of two men today.

PC Steve Fairless said this about the break-in:

“No doubt there are people who know what happened and who is responsible, and I’d urge anyone with information to get in touch as its important we speak to the three involved.”

And the news that nothing was stolen from the stadium is a  bit of a relief – but what was there worth stealing? 😀

Anyone who recognizes the men is requested to contact Northumbria Police on 03456 043 043 ext 69191,  or they can also contact independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Old Trafford may have been a better and more lucrative target for the three men, but please, take this article with a large pich of salt, and not too seriously.

Comments welcome.

Watched National Yesterday, i hope we have scouted Santiago Damián García, he is 20 yrs old and is built like a tank but is also very quick. Watching him Copa Liberdoras he has 3 goals in 4 games and in Apertura he has 6 goals in 8 games and in the Clausura he has 15 goals in 15 games so in total he has 24 goals in 27 games now thats a striker, he plays much like Defoe in a sense he is a deadly from close range and seems to a be a poacher much like Defoe.

I expect a muckems fan to be along directly with the old joke ‘A police statement has been released, stating that the contents of the trophy room have been taken, police are searching for 2 men carrying an empty glass cabinet and a black and white carpet’ etc, etc, yeah yeah, older than Ben Hur’s granddad, so daffy and company, don’t bother.

Gorskino- bit of a tank isn’t he. I believe most of the scouting is being done on the dutch, French and German leagues. Are we going as far as the Americas? If We can pick up a hernandez type signing I’m all for it

No sighs of relief for the other priceless gems? What about the Inter Cities Fairs Cup, the Anglo- Italian cup and the Texaco trophy?

Phew – it’s obvious the villains hadn’t a clue about the value of those treasures!

Anyway’s, they’re all due to feature on the Antiques Roadshow next time it’s in the area!!!

Well the Copa is the best of the whole South America so you see clubs like Colo Colo who have produced many talents like Matias Fernandez etc. and then teams from Brazil,Argentina etc… so would be an ideal place to scout numerous teams.

National are there and he is playing well, he scores nearly every game and is only 20, is built for the EPL being quick and strong and would be cheap maybe £2 Mill Max which even for a backup striker wouldnt be too bad.

And if you look at Uraguay producing exciting attacking players like Abel Hernandez/Edinson Cavani etc. it could be a good place to buy a bargain.
Also depending on who we scount if we buy an someone from Uruguay they speak Spanish so we have a base of people who can converse with him.

No worries if the IT ‘Cup’ was taken – we can always print off another one… It looked more like a certificate than a trophy.

Still, I’d have gone to an open top bus parade if there’d been one. HWTL

    Yevhen Olehovych Konoplianka : Dnipro
    Age: 21
    Nationality: Ukrainian
    Position: Forward/Winger

    Christian Dannemann Eriksen : Ajax
    Age: 19
    Nationality: Danish
    Position: Attacking Midfielder

    Grzegorz Krychowiak : Bordeaux
    Age: 21
    Nationality: Polish
    Position: Defensive Midfielder

Sergio Ezequiel Araujo : Boca Juniors
    Age: 19
    Nationality: Argentinian
    Position: Striker

    Ji Dong-Won : Chunnam Dragons
    Age:19
    Nationality: South Korean
    Position: Striker

All of the above are sublime talents that I would drive to pick them up. If we can pick any of these guys up I would be over the moon! Eriksen is a genius with the ball and tore England up earlier in the season! And Ji Dong-Won is in phenomenal form at the minute for club and Country. 19 and already 9 caps for South Korea with 5 goals.
    CANNOT WAIT FOR THE SUMMER
    HWTL!

Hulk does look immense but I can’t see us blowing £20 million on him. In the benfica match aimar looks great, shame he backed out of signing for us

After watching Porto, I’ve completely changed my mind on transfers.

Slap down £35m for Hulk and Falcao, BANG, top 4. Then add a couple of freebies. Would pay for themselves if they got us into CL!

    Oh how I wish!!
