    Please Jose stay.

He epitomises everything this new Newcastle team has gained.
For too many years I’ve watch gutless and no passion on the pitch, players like Owen etc have not deserved to wear the shirt IMO .
Jose never gives up, always gives 110% is positive and fearless. We have so many players in our team with that same attitude, Saylor, Tiote, Barton, Nolan, Jonas, all have the right attitude! It’s infectious and hopefully the younger players coming through will continue the same desire!

But again it’s Enrique who is top of the pile and this season is our one true world class player and would grace any team, any team in the world.
    I just hope it’s ours!

    Something meaningless to me:

Why is the first NUFC’s goal awarded to Jonas? Would he have been a defensor, the goal was for Taylor, for Jonas didn’t have played the ball.

    A strange rule i think.

    niafron,

the rules state that if the original shot had been on target it would have been awarded to Ryan Taylor but it was heading wide and the deflection took it on target hence awarded to Jonas

    @technonasty

Are you sure? I was believing it’s only true for a defensor deflection.

If this is true, it’s perfect like that.

Marvin martin is excellent, no doubt, but i dont’know if he will fit the english play.

Cabaye got difficulty this season, but he is realy good. However, i don’t see him leaving Lille now.
This is also true for sow, a good player too.

    Ben Saada, well, not extraordinary…

Sakho is a top class player. To be honnest, he is out of reach.

Great performance from the lads! The youngsters were brilliant! Hopefully Sammy AMEOBI, James Tavernier, Shane Ferguson, Nile Ranger, Kaz Lua Lua, Haris Vuckic, Michael Richardson can all start or get 30+ minutes each! I really want to see more of Sammy Ameobi and Kaz Lua Lua, Sammy has electric speed LOL!

In fits of hysterics about some of the comments on this game on various press/mag sites.
Funny thing is – most of the really petulant, spiteful against Newcastle ones are from NON-Chelsea fans – like Everton fans in paticular !
All – including Chelsea fans are oblivious to the number of non-regulars in Newcastle’s team, and how we are having to play unfit players like Shola.
Apparently, it meant nothing to Chelsea (Yeah, sure) and was “like a cup final for Newcastle” Jesus wept….some of them really are mirror kissers, and deeply in love with themselves, aren’t they ? 😀
….and the fans of Everton were even worse !!!!! 😀

Hey have a look at the Liverpool blogs- this one and more-the Liverpool fans are turning on Andy Carroll already-half are defending him like but there are some blunt and hurtfull comments aimed at him-cant be good reading for the lad-thats if hes even aware!-could he be eating humble pie and asking to come back before we know it?………not that it would happen-many are saying he simply doesnt fit in with their new style of play-some are a lot worse and saying hes slow and lazy-and not worth anywhere near his fee-tut tut-now now boys…..
