Newcastle Highlight Video – Season 2010-2011

Here’s a great video from one of our readers – Benjamin Allison – on some of the highlights of last season.

It’s just a terrific video and Ben does a great job with these videos and he also had one out last summer.

It’s best to watch it full screen – and it certainly lifted my heart today!

Ashley will continue to do what he pleases.

the question is what can you do about that.

does any one have an answer.

my suggestion is stop burning your blood and enjoy. never know things cd be worse

    @ Niafron
Your right he does have the mentality to come here…likely thing is if he does come now it will be for money….not good….and like you say last season he had a poor mentality infront of goal….with the pressure of NUFC and the Premier League….I dont like to strike of players before they put on the shirt but the situation isnt great…

If he come, i will be disapointed by him. Cause he got the reputation of a nice guy. So, if he do that to raise his wage, it suck.

Here’s maybe a more fun topic to discuss than how much to hate Mike Ashley: If there really is a surplus of highly paid “fringe” players towards the end of the transfer window, and teams begin to look to dump those “fringe” players even at the cost of a free transfer, which players would you like to see Newcastle try and snap up? For instance, the player discussed in the earlier linked article on this topic in the Times was Adebayor. He would cost about 26 Million pounds over the next 3 years (165K/week for 156 weeks). If Man City were to, in this highly theoretical hypothetical, get desperate to rid themselves of his wage bill to give his rights away if the team also accepts his wages, would he be worth it? If that’s unrealistic, which realistic “fringe” players would be worth taking on their ridiculous wage bill if the transfer were free?

And if he’s serious, the fact PSG have accepted the bid is not the end of the story.

The news Ranger will stay is maybe worrying. The staff have maybe accepted the idea no more striker at all will come this summer.

Wich, considering Ba’s Knee, is a very serious risk.

Inter? Honnestly, he’s a good player, but he got not the level.

We’re talking of Inter. They won champions league last year. They got Eto’o and Milito as Striker.

I don’t see them signing Erding.
