Well would you believe it – my Facebook page has been deleted.

I’ve recreated it, and I can only think it was deleted because I was using the official Newcastle United crest.

I’ll not use that crest again in case that’s why the wall was deleted – but why didn’t they let me correct it before just deleting the thing?

Anyway, If you want to rejoin me on Facebook please click below.

Thanks.

Matuidi has a 15m euro release clause and St Etienne won’t let him go for less so can’t see us signing him.

It’s gone quiet on Barnetta as well. Shame, he would have been a great signing.

SMS i like the look of that – with both barton and tiote in cm it gives the licence to HBA and Marveaux to have relatively free roles. Also because i haven’t seen Marveaux play i’d start jonas (just to be safe/sure of a shift) but really strong team/squad. Hope we can replicate it

My French housemates parents have just come to stay for the weekend. And her father is a massive football fan. I just quizzed him on NUFC’s new French signings. This is what he said:

On Yohan Cabaye – ‘He’s an average player. Similar type of player to Gourcuff’

    On Marveaux – ‘Below average’

He had never heard of Abeid. But reckons we should sign this guy – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvin_Martin

Hum, so it must be the who have occured two weeks ago. He’s now member of the Bernés Squad (Laurent Blanc’s agent) and believe me, Bernes is one of the most sinister caracters in the french football.

    Forgett Matuidi.

Hum…What team did he support? Cabaye got nothing similar to Gourcuff. And Marveaux is a good player.

I’m curious to heard why he say that.

I’m thinking we look at city see if we can pillage anyone if he was used correctly as a right back Micah Richards is a beast. But they have more midfielders than us lol and just signed two new defenders. Surely some surplus there?

A Nantes’s fan… Well i’m not surpised! So Maveaux is a Former Rennes’s Player, so he rate him the same way you rate Sunderland’s players…

Honnestly, concerning Cabaye, i don’t kon why he say that, they absolutely didn’t have the same style.

Maybe can some people believe Cabaye is an average player for he’s a defensive midfield. You know, in France, if your not a number 10, you don’t exist for the fans.

Well i suppose he speaks of Nantes all the time, their fans are well known to be amongst the most arrogants in France. T hay are good people, but very proud of themselves…

Did he tell you about”le jeu à la Nantaise”? THey are famous for their school of play (who is almost gone today), generally, they would speak of that 2 or 3 times
    a day!

I would rate Sunderland players on their ability. If they are a good player, they are a good player. Simple as that. It would be a bit childish and naive to say all Sunderland players are S**t because they play for Sunderland. I don’t think he would do that either.

He’s not a very ignorant football fan at all actually. I’ve met him on a fair few occasions and spoke of football the whole time. He only just told me tonight the team he supports and that was after I asked him the question!

I get really angry when I see people saying they don’t want other teams fringe players.
    Man U
    Arsenal
    Liverpool
    Man City
    Chelsea
Nearly all of these have a bench that we would have in our starting 11 any day of the week. I am a fan of Boyata from City and Nedum Onuoha.
Arsenal – I would take Rosicky despite his age still a marvelous player. Also some youngsters I would consider like Lansbury and Watt who were both excellent on loan at Norwich and Leeds respectively.
Chelsea – I won’t even name the players because there are too many. However one name …. Sturridge.
Man U – Anderson, Welbeck, Macheda, Obertan on loan maybe, Cleverley, Diouf.
So fringe players can still move us up the table. Anyway end of rant 🙂

(And if he don’t have speaked with you of “le jeu à la nantaise” yet, i still strongly advice you to don’t launch him on that! Well this interessant, but you’re not close to see the end of the night, if you do that!)
