Not a very good performance at all but still loving life as Newcastle fan

Anyone else getting pissed off with certain pundits saying we haven’t been truly tested?….. I compared ours and Man City’s fixtures. We have both played Spurs, Fulham, Villa, Blackburn, Wolves, Wigan, Everton and QPR. Then when we compare the teams that either haven’t played, we Have played Arsenal, Sunderland and Stoke compared Man City who have played Swansea, Bolton and Man United. Is it just me who thinks we have actually had it harder than Man City? Yet they still get praise for being uneaten like us and top of the league, however we get put down as apparently we have not been truly tested……. Just a thought that crosses my mind

Delighted with the 3 points earlier today, but can someone from Tyneside post news on the Cabaye and Marveaux injuries if anything comes out? I like in Kentucky, USA…not likely to hear anything here, and Google News has been no help thus far. Worried especially about Cabaye, obviously. Glad we have an international break to heal them up, if their knocks aren’t serious. Anyway, please post news if you have it!

Thanks for that info mate, Just goes to show you, If your not a super rich club or from the south you get the rough end of the stick. My hat is off to Alan Pardew, I was one of those people who thought he was a bad appointment but I am over the moon that he has proved me wrong. Long may it continue. HWTL

Interesting information … But it is true we’ve had a relatively “easy” run. But didn’t know that City had one too!

N’awwww, poor weepy eyed Toffees. I’ve just being banned from an Everton forum, because they couldn’t take some friendly banter.

Such a timid bunch, like their team 😛

Credit to Chris for the player ratings. They’re very compatible with my view of the game. Deserved MOM for Guthrie who ran his socks of. His to last matches have been a very pleasant suprise. I was ready to write him off.
