the guy is still a big sensation. instead of chanting just cisse’s name we shud do this chant each time he or ba scores
goes a bit like this very obvious chant

demba 1 demba2 weve got more demba’s than u with a nick whack paddy whack give a dog a bone our beast boys will blow you home

a bit cheesy i know but if anyone can come up with something better than that for our dynamic duo im welcome…

im only good for tiote banter anyway 🙂
Cheik tiote doesnt need Twitter, he’s already following you.

Didn’t realise that Chelsea and Arsenal still have to play before we play Chelsea…a draw between those 2 would be brilliant, and as long as we keep up the pressure by beating Bolton, Stoke and Wigan we’d be flying 😀

Funny how Pardiola is damping expectations with the ‘we wuz flat today’. He knows the Toon rollercoaster already ! Got to keep the guys grounded and focussed.
Reckon he’s a great man manager and will keep Demba No 19 happy – he knows exactly what to do.

the rest of the game we have this season in terms of difficulty easiest to hardest i would put like this
1.stoke- mid table just battling for position now so might not play at there best result 2-0W
2.bolton-home advantage plus we have had an extra days rest result 2-1W
    3. wigan do have a relegation battle on ther hands but providing we have ba and tiote available i think we will be too strong for there defence 3-1W
4.everton this game could be either hard or easy because everton will be desperate to finish above liverpool but also might want to rest players if they reach the final of the fa cup so result i think will go two ways 2-1W( if fa cup final) 1-1 (if not in fa cup)
5city fairly obvious really have a title race so will put a real effort in although they might have lost the chance by then 2-2
6 chelsea the ultimate difficulty this game will determine our ability with europe next season, without tiote ba and colo we will loose but if them 3 are available we might get a draw 1-1

To be realistic, I think unless Arsenal suffer a bad patch of form, they will take big advantage of their fixture list and move safely away with the third spot. Tottenham are a bit risky and might drop points here or there. Sadly, it seems that Chelsea are the most likely team to lose ground, their fixtures are monstrous, can’t see them playing three cup ties without their league form dropping a bit. Though it would be nice if they can steal a point off Arsenal!

It might very well be that we are close to Tottenham/Arsenal and a bit above Chelsea when we go to the Bridge.

Of course I’ll be all for Sunderland tomorrow, how could a defeat damage them? It’s not like they have anything to lose at the moment. Realistic challenge for 4th and Champions League next season opposed to a few hours of satisfaction that the rivals slipped to a strong team? Hmm… tough choice… not.

If we can hold 5th we’ll have done quite well this season.

The advantage of the CL is it’ll help keep the squad intact even of we drop into the Europa after the group stages.

To be realistic we need 69 pts to be sure – 4 wins and a draw – including the win at Stamford Bridge.

Not too troubled with Ba’s bad mood. Pardew managed to handle Ben Arfa so I’ll let him worry for that one, and even if he can’t, I still trust Carr to discover a proper replacement.

Ba had an excellent chance to score today and he didn’t take it. Cisse had the same chance in the 5th minute and found the net. After all we did switch Ba to spearhead our attacks at one point in the first half, he can’t say he hasn’t been given an opportunity.

the big question will be who should we support between arsenal and chelsea when they meet
if by the time that happens we are still 2 points behind them and level on games played
should we support arsenal and take the safe option of finishing above chelsea who look to have the hardest run of games should we support chelsea for the chance to finish in top 4 or should we have the draw

I think Ba is not unhappy with his role in the team just unhappy he hasn’t scored. Ba seems a very proud person and will want to do the bets for the team but also himself.

Ba played out left in Germany so he is used to it.

And I think the not celebrating thing could easily be down to disappointment about not being on the pitch….sure he was brought off to be rested not so much for his performance.

And also Ba did have a good 30 mins playing through the middle today….I think he is happy.
