The following policies should be taken into consideration before commenting:
An update on my health situation - we have terminated the PluVicto treatment halfway through, because of the severity of the side effects - diarrhea, vomiting, and acid reflux.
And there was no evidence the treatment was having any positive effect in stopping the prostate cancer from spreading in the bones.
There are no treatments left for me to go on.I will go into home hospice care now and will have a hospice nurse visit me at home regularly to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and we will treat the side effects of the treatments I have had.
It's down the final stretch now, and I have run out of treatments, and nature will now take its course.
I hope Newcastle can get many wins this season from now on, and I am at peace with all of this.
Thanks for all your help through the years - it's very much appreciated

Comment #9My star players were Santon, Perch, Jonas and HBA. I voted Santon as he was excellent all match and i knew hba would win poll anyway 😉
The first time i think i will disagree with you Dannyo, i thought tiote gave the ball away ALOT his passing looked very suspect. At one point he hooved it in the air and they broke.

Comment #17a few rusty players out there today which only bodes well as they will get sharper
agree with most on here thought perch and saylor were immense, simpson looked dodgy but improved into game, front 2 didnt work too well but dont think they really had much of the ball, on the ground anyway,
well done ba and H B A what do you say???

Comment #23There is absolutely no doubt in my mind Jonas Gutierrez was the MOTM by a country mile. Put out fires all game, ran the ball out when we under pressure, motivated team mates, and buddied Anita who looked a bit nervous on his debut – proper captain’s performance.

Top aerialist: Cheick Tiote – 5/5
Top passer: Cheick Tiote – 67/81

Comment #32For me Santon was the best player defended well and attacked almost at will, & Gutierezz played like a captain today worked his socks off, then tiote, ben arfa & perchinho played in there and i didnt even notice for a second than it was the great brazilian himself as i seriously thought he was williamson lolz

Comment #33one thing i noticed, when obertan came on he sprinted about 75 yards to get back to try and win the ball, eager to impress i feel. HBA today was outstanding, could take it past players for fun today, but jonas my god how dare you leave him out the team in your best 11 the guy is a workaholic gotta love him.

Great stats but anytime he tried to play a ball forward it was a lump to to a Spurs player or a short pass without enough behind it so again it went to a Spurs player. Completed passes were 90% between him and Perch/Saylor
I agree Cabs was fairly pants too but he is well short on match fitness and he was forced to sit in front of the back four for half of his time on the pitch

Comment #40mostly every player impressed me apart from Simpson and Obertan i can understand why Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse didnt play so well because of their ramadan. Yohan Cabaye wasnt at his best but that’s just because hes not match fit. Vurnon Anita looked good and so did Taylor, Perch, Santon, Tiote, Gutierrez and krul but Hatem Ben Arfa Was Just WOW!
