Alan Pardew Pleads Guilty To FA Charge

Alan Pardew didn’t have much of a choice, as to what to do about the misconduct charge the FA issued to him last Monday, after he was seen to push the referee’s assistant after about an hour of the game against Tottenham last Saturday.

Alan Pardew – pleaded guilty

This is what Alan said about the charge last night:

“I’ve written a letter and pleaded guilty.” “I don’t want to harp on about it. I just want to focus on the game tomorrow night.” “We have to do the procedure that has to take place and we are following that through.”

“We are doing a letter on my call on what I thought happened at the weekend. But we have pleaded guilty and we will go to see the FA and see what punishment is going to come to fruition.”

Its likely now that Alan Pardew will either receive a two game or three game touchline ban from the FA, and the Newcastle United manager may also receive a fine, and the punishment will likely be announced today.

Alan’s right when he says he needs to get it behind him and concentrate on the important game in Athens tonight against Atromitos FC.

Dont think we will hear the punishment until tomorrow.
He has until 4pm BST to answer the charge.
Not got a leg to stand on tho. So just depends on how severely FA punish him.
Will most likely be over the top punishment, as this is NUFC.
    Brace yourselves 🙁

Have read a lot the past few days with people saying he needs to be made an example of (obv. not on here). Well, I think the way he has handled himself since has been nothing but a great example to everyone in football.

He made a mistake. Has held his hands up, apologised to everyone he should have, accepted his charge and is now moving on.

I can think of a few managers who could learn a thing or two from Senor Pardew.

But yes Alan, get your head in to tonight’s game 🙂

Really wasn’t that bad although Alan kept smiling through his apology on TV, I’m not sure that’s the best way to do it. Anyway lesson learned can’t wait for tonights game.

Ibiza – haha. Aye that’s it.
Lew Davies – I wouldn’t be suprised if they had him executed at the break of dawn knowing the FA

Yes it’s televised but on an obscure channel that needs a subscription, think it’s 428 or something like that
