Health Update - 10th Feb, 2013
I have had several medical tests completed over the last couple of weeks, and they show my PSA count is undetectable, which signifies my prostate cancer is currently under control, and there is still no trace of it in the body.
What does this mean - well it means the blog will be continuing for at least another six months - until I get my next set of tests - that's the most importamnt thing.

Yes ! To think there were some Absolute Yoyo,s on here last week saying that he Crap is ?
He and Santon are among our best players and i am thankful to have them with us !
Marvaux played well when he came off the bench and it is still a mystery to me why Pardew does,nt start him?
