One of the good things that came out of the game yesterday at Anfield was that Steven Taylor put in an excellent performance at the back for Newcastle, and in general the back four and goalkeeper Tim Krul were sound, although it was a sloppy goal we gave up after 66 minutes, although Suarez did show he’s full of class as a player.
Steven Taylor – good performance yesterday

Love the guy … wears the Geordie pride on his sleeves, wonderful block on Sterling. Shows commitment from first to last, though can be susceptible while playing the ball at times.
Now we have the Willo Saylor combo.. Be prepared for long balls again

Some good photos from the game, including one of Pards looking particularly dapper and Rodgers sadly lacking.

Pards is a Mod. Rodgers…that tank top and tie combo is an embarrassment. He must have got dressed in the dark.
