None of them deserved it so went with Obertan, any one else who feels that way is welcome to join.
2 Transfer Sage // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:10 PM
I cannot vote on this.
I don’t think a single player showed anything positive today
3 coccolini // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:11 PM
repost – everyone take a deep breath. Terrible performance, but that does not mean we have a terrible team or manager. The season is a marathon not a sprint, don’t give Pardew a hard time until he’s given a chance to rectify the situation next week…. if nothing happens in that game. Well then, lets grab our pitchforks
4 toonking // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:11 PM
ED we should have poll for worse performer the way we playing at the moment
i don’t have a clue who to give it too.

And by went with Obertan I meant in protest not because I couldn’t think of someone else. Lad needs to take a long hard look at himself before pulling on the shirt again, actually goes for all of them.
6 nufc786 // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:12 PM
gonna give it to collo………
7 Toon_Jock // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:12 PM
I’m doing a ‘Brewsters Millions’
None of the Above

Krul for stopping AC scoring. But MOM today was Diame by a country mile. Tiote was needed today. Spurs lost at home to wigan remember?
9 MagPieMan // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:15 PM
None, they were all utter sh!te, even Krul was, with his long kicks that did f all. Pardew was the worst. I’m starting to doubt top 8 now. 442 at home, really? Pardew is a muppet, and will never ever lead us into top 4 unless we spend some f****g money, I’m not asking for loads, but the summer was a joke.
10 AndyMac // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:15 PM
I’m waiting for Pardwho’s “These Thursday night games are killing us” routine
At this rate, eight years seems like a sentence but for who ?!
11 woolerbill // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:15 PM
Man of the match, Come back Kevin,
12 GeordieDan // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:15 PM
There was a best player?
Not from what I saw today. That was an awful match and very poor effort by pretty much everyone of our players.
Shocking game and we deserved to get nowt.
13 El Sleeve // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:18 PM
just awful. no planning, no ambition, no preparation, no drive, no determination, no attacking constructive play, just awful

“The season is a marathon not a sprint, don’t give Pardew a hard time until he’s given a chance to rectify the situation next week…. if nothing happens in that game”
Yeah so good luck watching this turgid crapola for the next 27 games Coccolini. We huffed and puffed against Villa, Norwich, West Brom and now Wet Spam ! How many other “cr@p” teams do we have to play before you’re convinced ???
15 toonarmydownsouth // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:20 PM
Not voting for any of them
16 FollowFollow // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:20 PM
I couldn’t resist voting for colo.
17 Spellcheck // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:20 PM
No players worthy today. Utter RUBBISH!!!!!!!!
18 woolerbill // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:21 PM
Coccolini, we have played 11game this season in the p/s this is as good as it gets, wake up my friend.
19 NUFCarter // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:24 PM
I’ll vote for ‘be’ whoever that is he deserves it more than any one else.
Oh wait it’s a typo it should be ‘BA’ in that case no one deserves in which most nufc fans seem to feel.
Otherwise MOTM goes for me to DIAME
20 Graeme // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:24 PM
I refuse to vote for any of them, completely inept performance. The best performance came from the 50,000+ who had paid hard earned money to watch a load of crap.
21 jimiley // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:24 PM
When did we last score direct from a corner? We should let the opposition take a goal kick because we have prob conceded more goals from breakaways on our corners. Can they do anything else except aim for Williamson? 50 grand a week to do that and play 4 4 2? Seems a bit much to me.
22 Tinman // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:25 PM
People being harsh on S Taylor and Santon both who played well today
23 NUFCarter // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:28 PM
Vote for colo if u don’t think any 1 deserves MOTM least he played better
24 brighter // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:31 PM
Not deserve to ask a question as to deafeat gaem.
25 woolerbill // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:32 PM
Come on par dew, what pluses did you get from this defeat?
26 catchy in norway // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:35 PM
i guess im just negative
but pardew is not a good manager
nolan, was our best player,, oooops he played for west ham
27 Graeme // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:36 PM
Its very telling that Collo is second in the vote and wasnt on the pitch – nice one Ed, just about sums us up today!!
28 stuart no9 // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:37 PM
if anyone, ihave to say it is a good job we have ben arfa. he can still make it happen.
29 AS MAGS // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:38 PM
Sooner tiote is propping midfield up the better, cabaye can then play his natural game and not be hampered with over cautiousness.debate cannot play forward thinking football so deep. Really poor game, roll on next weej
30 toonarmydownsouth // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:39 PM

“i guess im just negative but pardew is not a good manager”
Take your “hair shirt” off Catchy, there is no need to apologise for doubting Pardwho is the man to take this club forward.
OK he won two awards last season but that was because he was in charge of a team with a collective glint in its eye.
Pardwho has managed to poke that glint out this season just as he does at every club eventually. Is there any cure for (Pardwho’s) second season syndrome ?
32 stuart no9 // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:50 PM
TDS yeah agree, but he will get better, he will learn, he still looks good.
33 GFH // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:52 PM
It seems like I can’t get in tocomment on the ” surprise defeat ” column. I went to my local and in pre-match discussions with the “usual suspects” it was clear I saw the the match as less clear cut than they did. It seemed obvious to me that a Big Sam side would obstruct , get in the way , break up play and take any kind of goal that came their way and that to win we wouldneed to keep the ball down , keep possession and continue to play the game properly , yet this is clearly what we haven’t done any time apart from some moments of the European games .This is a continuation of a trend that has gone on e since last season. Surprise defeat ? No not to me , just disappointing and a real sign of the need for better management from Ashley through to Pardew.
34 stuart no9 // Nov 11, 2012 at 5:52 PM
andymac @30 yeah- the sack.
35 Nufcjoss // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:01 PM
there’s so much potential in our squad, so how is it that we play the way we did tonight?
36 AndyMac // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:09 PM
It’s blase just to answer that with “Pardwho” joss but any manager worth his salary should be able to affect a game when its going badly for his side and even, occasionally, bringing them back into the game when going behind.
Pardwho has none of that in his locker so dont expect top four, six or ten this season !
37 Lynxie // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:13 PM
One thing is for sure, it wasnt Anita. Does him mam know he plays in a big lads league?
38 jimiley // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:30 PM
Aye, she gives him rusks for tea.
39 seancavaz // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:39 PM
Ben Arfa today again! If we started to play the ball on the deck more then he’s be able to rip open defences in the final third rather then having to take it from inside his own half and take on 4-5 men! Was like watching the toon when big Sam managed us. Don’t know why we seem to be going to a long ball side? Play through our midfield! At end of day that’s what served us well last season
40 estechco // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:47 PM
Give Williamson a chance of winning it by listing his name?
41 Jam only For H.ben Arfa // Nov 11, 2012 at 6:52 PM
