pardew is a fukn joke
5 TurkishFan101 // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:30 PM
Guys dont you see this started when this match score was 3-3 then pardew sent out a message saying “1 point is enough, defend and stay back lads” he changes formation beyhond this point and puts on a old striker past his peak for a midfielder??? WHY BLAME THE PLAYERS IF THEY ARE TOLD TO FOLLOW PARDEW’S CLUELESS PLAN???

its ok moaning bout conceding 7, but then voting for marveux .. mr. i dont track back lol but he did play well going forward ill have to give that .. tiredness shown today i think
simpson was horrible but too many over reacting, weve half a squad out injured, played 2 days ago when theyve had week off and away to a top 4 team…. nobody would expect us to win on a level playing field so it aint the end of the world ffs.. youve all been moaning at pards to play more attacking he has.. no other manager who would come to us can do better in my opinion

Marv, Bigi, Ba and Obertan in that order for me
Back 5 poor in doing their primary jobs, Tiote was great one minute horrible the next and Cisse well he trys bless him but there is no point in him being on the pitch unless he is played as a striker

I hate fighting for relegation
I hate that this happens to us.
I hate Mike Ashley cause he bought 0 defenders and 0 first team players last summer.
I hate that as a NUFC supporter I have to go through this over and over and over.
I hate the fact we didnt get bought by some Arabic consortium and we can purchase players.

Look at it this way; if we’re trying to have the worst turnaround seasons in the Premier League, we’re doing a pretty good job.

We have conseded 11 goals in 2 games.
That stat shows that we need a better defence ie, new FB and CB.
Terrible performance second half
18 Mariner // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:32 PM
Awful, So we lose 4-3 to United, what would the emphasise be on? Oh yeah attack of course.
Players please Mr Ashley.
Whoever thought we could get through a full season with the paper thin squad we have PLUS europe and sign 1 first teamer is an idiot.

“That’s enough. Don’t concede any more. ”
Don’t add unnecessary crap that you make up.

I mean ed, honestly who fckg cares who was our best player.
7-3 is fck disgrace. I pity the fans who made the long 200 mile trip there. defense is pathetic. Getting fck paid so much and this is the commitment shown.
May be we are a wee club with totally disenchanted fans who think their team will give their best.
23 Marty-Toon // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:33 PM
Look at the team we had to put out lads!!
No subs worth talking about
Cisse on the RW sit good as he couldn’t defend his wallet against an old lady
24 numba9 // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:33 PM
When Ozzie was manager he got to sign players at a bad time so why not last summer ?
25 Spuggy // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:33 PM
Am I the only one still heartened by the 70 display with a second string mf and perch in defence.
With marv and Anita coming good add Cabaye and HBA and a couple of good defenders and I’m optimistic about the 2nd half of the season.
However I still think Cisse should be up front with demba behind or on the left in a three with Cabaye and HBA.
26 shanghai fan // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:34 PM
After that game voting for our best player doesn’t feel right. Though it’s slightly easier as I’m choosing from 10. The keeper didn’t turn up.

31 Williamsonsuks // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:36 PM
Anybody who’s screaming for Pardews head, I say your a prick! You’s all wanted attacking football, and that’s what you got! It was 4-3 at 84mins, pardew pushed them on. They were all tired from Man u game, and we’ve played with half a squad all season. The finger should be pointed at Arsely, anyone who disagrees can PISS OFF!!!
32 futurefanbaseofNUFC // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:36 PM
simpson was by far the most disappointing in the back line today.
thank god he doesnt want a resign. disgusting. ball-watching.
not to mention cant throw a ball into play worth a damn.
33 toonking // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:37 PM
obatan or marvo
as for worst well i would say colo.
btw i regret all my negativity with jonas because actually he is major part of helping these FB aall i can say is this
simmo colo saylor raylor conceded only 9 goal in 13 games ye te second half of the season was simmo colo willo and santon and what happens we get beat 5-2 fulham 5-0 loss spurs 4-0 loss wigan
and yet again this season we conced goal left right and centre now we have not got saylor or raylor where as during the early period it was more a case poor aggression
34 magicbus // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:37 PM

35 hugenufcfan // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:38 PM
Did anyone notice the diff in them crossing the ball from the wrong and we doing it. Not a fckg single useful cross by simpson. No pace at all. Always hanging in the air.

I was never a fan of Pardew, not even last season, but if you stand still in the Premier League then you go backwards. Seven goals away at OT and the Emirates should secure you some points but any manager working under MA is doing so with one hand tied behind their backs. Does anyone honestly think Pardew said he would be satisfied with one senior player in the summer. Get real. No manager with a proven track record will come to us while MA is the owner. Why?
38 NUFCarter // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:41 PM
i wander what cabaye must be thinking
colo had a shocker. Hes been plagued by simpson and perch’s poor display.
39 Constanstine // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:44 PM
Unleash Tiote and let him play his natural game. Since that red card he’s a totally different player.
40 hugenufcfan // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:44 PM
Aravind, I can bet that we hardly be signing anybody.
This is what pardew will say. Hba, cabaye, saylor are like new signings for us.
Y o y didn’t I take the blue pill.
41 wynsleap // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:44 PM
There’s only one person to blame for the s**t we are now in and perhaps the ‘accountants’, fans of the five year ‘plan’ and those who only prefer to see good balance sheets would like to hold up their hands at this point and admit some of us knew best at the end of the last transfer window.
It will NEVER improve at this club until this tight fisted, unambitious, uncaring, disrespectful owner removes himself from our sight.
42 NUFCarter // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:45 PM
its pardew and ashley they had nothing to do with the club we would be fine

#29, attacking football doesn’t mean putting in 7 goals fgs. Cant understand your logic
44 jasper // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:47 PM
Krul – can’t blame him.
Simpson. Runs up and down wing but never passed his man once and crosses terrible.
Colo. looked a bit too slow to be up against Walcott and OC
Perch. Did the job and it was great to see the ball move on rather than get hoofed.
Santon. Probably his poorest game ever. At fault first goal and not one run.
Bigi. Played well (so got subbed…)
Tiote. Dire.
Obertan. Definitely one of his better games, both in attack and defence.
Marveaux. Our playmaker. He has to stay in adv midfield.
Ba. Remains a greedy beggar but reasonably effective.
Cisse. Lost. A total passenger on the RW. We’d have been far better off with just about anyone off he bench. This was entirely predictable as it has been the same for game after game. He’s a CF ffs.

46 wilky44 // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:47 PM
The 4th was the killer for me. Simpson just threw it to their lad, and didn’t track back. Between them, I hold Tiote and Simpson responsible for 4 goals, and Obertan for 1. Individual mistakes are starting to cost us
47 Seba29072 // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:51 PM
Think I’ve had a better christmas watching 4-3 and 7-3 then I would have done watching 2-0 and 2-0.
I don’t know why people are surprised at the scorelines, i respect the fact we have tried to win these games, though will have done little for morale.
I don’t want to see Simpson in a black and white shirt again
48 jplizardking // Dec 29, 2012 at 7:53 PM
I can’t stand all the negativity. We are depleted due to unlucky injuries to great players and admittedly we should have brought in a couple more physical dominating defenders. But I am still firmly behind our owner and manager and optimistic about our season to come! Marveaux and Bigi are playing superbly as is Obertan at times. When we have S Taylor, Cabaye and Hatem back we will have an attacking force not to be messed with and hopefully a solid defence. Marveaux was superb today and Simpson and Tiote were poor. We must buy a replacement for Simpson and a HARD centre half. Please stop moaning about Mike Ashley and Pardew, no-one was last season! Hopefully we will get the players we need in January… if not then let’s hope the team can cope until the summer. GET BEHIND THE CLUB!!!

FATIGUE played a major role in this painful defeat. We were terrible at the back today especially Simpson and Santon. All our players were exhausted and to score 3 goals against Man U and Arsenal and still lose considering all our injuries is extremely unfortunate. Pardew has done his best with what he’s got. Foolishly we didn’t sign in the summer apart from Anita and it’s costing us big time! If we don’t buy defensive reinforcements in January we could go down AGAIN!

Simspon was crap today, he’s not a scapegoat it’s a fact, he was shite today. He continues to leave his position and leave the attacker unmarked. Against this kind of skill of course we were always going to be punished. Simpson needs to be replaced as he’s been doing this all season and last season he was always backing off the attacker allowing him to cross the ball. The only good game he’s had this season was our last game against his former club, obviously keen to impress. We can do better and need a much more consistent and quality performer at RB.
56 AmericanGeordie // Dec 29, 2012 at 8:04 PM
Every week Tiote somehow manages play worse than the last. Who are 4 clowns voting him MOTM each game?!?
There are lots of reasons for the difference in form this year versus last (injuries, Europa, Cisse, etc.), but the drop off in quality of our engine room is by far number 1. Cabaye has missed much of the year, and when he played he was well below last year’s form; and Tiote went from one of the top holding mids in England to a horror show. He is bloody AWFUL.
57 futurefanbaseofNUFC // Dec 29, 2012 at 8:31 PM
did anyone hear what Warren Barton said on Fox? said that our fullbacks were terrible & they should give their week paycheck 2 the fans that went to that game.
to bad Simpson can’t afford a wife with 20k a week paycheck.

whats wrong with all these so called fans on here the negativity is bordering on tragic, i suppose its all pardew or sholas fault lets face it apart from Marveux and perch the players were absolutely shite today ,but after boxing day and the injuries what did people expect ffs .# 4 and 5 all Pardew said was “move further forward no more goals” lets face there was thousands of us around the world saying/screaming the same thing.6 goals away from home at Old Trafford and the Emerites you would expect something but with luck, injuries and our defence we got nowt .Heres for a new year and a new start on wards and upwards the sooner this Xmas period is forgotten about the better ,we will see what a difference afew new faces and fresh returning players will make in 2013.
