Newcastle Delegation In France – Moussa Sissoko A Target?

The Shields Gazette is reporting this morning that a Newcastle delineation is in France right now trying to tie up some deals in the transfert market.

mouusa sissoko hands up

Moussa Sissoko – a Newcastle target?

Newcastle got Mathieu Debuchy though the door yesterday, and we know that a top striker target is 26 year-old Loic Remy of Marseilles, although QPR, who have big money available are also interested in the French International.

Newcastle want to bring in a a striker and center-back this month, but a top central midfielder Moussa Sissoko, who has already called Newcastle a great club, is also available.

And with the poor form of Cheick Tiote this season, we could do a lot worse than bring this French International central midfielder to the club this month.

And the 6’2″ midfielder could be brought in on the cheap, which is always a big drawing point for Newcastle, since his contract runs out at Toulouse in June.

Moussa would be a tremendous buy for the club, and if we can get a striker, a center-back and Moussa at the club this month, we wouldn’t need to spend much at all in the summer, and we’d have a very strong squad for next season, assuming we can keep our good players at the club over the summer.

22 year-old Moussa has played 215 times for Toulouse since 2007, and has scored 23 goals- and to us he looks made to measure for Newcastle.

Abeid Cabaye Bigi Tiote Anita Jonas Perch and ofcourse Shola Ameobi can all play CM so do we really need another? Do we want to hinder bigi’s progress?

    Repost
I think it’s ridiculous that first Newcastle sign BA with a get out clause of 7 million
Why didn’t they just put it at 12 or something especially when he’s to get 2million of it and only leaving us with 5?
Secondly,we’ve all been expecting him to go this window and that’s happened. Why have we not been on the ball and got someone in within the first couple of days, when they must’ve had a hunch he’d be gone.
Surely Carr has been doing something throughout the season and found someone worth buying for the LW/RW/Striker role?
    A CB too.
Why are we not on the ball so to speak?
Guess DL never learned the 6 p’s.
Was taught it as a sales manager
Perfect Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance
Maybe AP ,MA and DL should have this on their wall or forehead

as for ba..thanks for everything..but im ok with him leaving…atleast our team has balance now..

CB must be a priority.. someone mentioned lescott..no way man…not that hes a bad player or anything..but if we sign him, our CB pair will be 33 in 2 years time, & wed need 2 new CBs..not a smart thing to do..

    i hope its sakho..

as for striker..remy would be great, but for now..id really like to see marveaux play more..hes finding his form..

as for sissoko..would be great, but only if we sell a midfielder or 2.. cos next year we probably wont be in europe..so having cabaye, anita, tiote, bigi, also marveaux, perch, raylor, jonas, abeid, gosling, vuckic, etc & then sissoko..fighting for 3 spots would be too much..players might complain cos they wouldnt play as much as theyd like..

If we sign a decent CB, good LW/CF and Moussa this window I’d say all we need for a complete team is another CB and sub ST.

Then we have a team to compete at the very highest level.

He’s a top player and would suit us well and fit in with Cabaye,Bigi and we could also offload Tiote if we could get a good price for his heed.

Maybe we don’t need a new striker as we’ve got Willo and he’s got a great games to goal ratio 😉

I dont think its unreasonable to assume that by the end of the summer we could have a team such as

    Krul
    Debuchy Sakho Colo Santon
    Cabaye Sissokho Anita
    HBA Cisse Remy

With a bench of: Elliot Saylor Guti Marveaux Shola Sammy Perch

We could be looking good for top 4

Sissoko, Remy and Sakho would be tre mend ar2e. If we manage to get them 3 in to join up with Debuchy we will have a Europa league squad no doubts about it. Imagine Cabaye, Debuchy, HBA, Colo, Cisse, Anita, Marveaux, Tiote, Krul, Santon, Remy, Sissoko and Sakho all in the same squad.

Why the hell are people saying signing Sissoko ight not be good because we have guti, perch, gosling, raylor etc…

Surely that’s what makes it a good idea?

Sissoko is potentially world class and will be like Yaya Toure once he adapts to the PL.

I Love Ameobi, much has been said over the last few days on the subject of loyalty. The only player I can think of who has shown loyalty throughout his career to Newcastle is Shola. What is his reward for this? Dogs abuse from many of the posters on here.

The French team don’t get on very well which is a slight concern and HBA doesn’t seem to fit in with the French national team. The team need’s to be built around HBA as he is our most gifted player. I hope this is the thinking of the club. The right hand side is sorted imo with Debuchy and HBA up and down that flank, it will terrorise full backs. The left hand side is still touch and go. I think Santon might do a good job on the left wing.

Spot on mate. Ameobi deserves a lot of credit and he definitely does not deserve the abuse he gets. Nor do Williamson, Simpson or any player who puts on the black and white shirt. Abuse is no no

Again 433 whats the crack, stroler isnt capable of playibg up top alone as much as i love him hes very limited in ability lol theyve just explained that brighton are playibg a winger thats very attacking minded at right back, surely that needs yo be taken advantage of, 442 with ferie and obertoon on the wings = chances
