The following policies should be taken into consideration before commenting:
An update on my health situation - we have terminated the PluVicto treatment halfway through, because of the severity of the side effects - diarrhea, vomiting, and acid reflux.
And there was no evidence the treatment was having any positive effect in stopping the prostate cancer from spreading in the bones.
There are no treatments left for me to go on.I will go into home hospice care now and will have a hospice nurse visit me at home regularly to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and we will treat the side effects of the treatments I have had.
It's down the final stretch now, and I have run out of treatments, and nature will now take its course.
I hope Newcastle can get many wins this season from now on, and I am at peace with all of this.
Thanks for all your help through the years - it's very much appreciated

Comment #1Gouffran but I have to say Jonas wasn’t half bad today, except towards the end where he made some errant passes.
What a catastrophic error from Taylor and Colo though, after such a great defensive display too.

Comment #4CBs were terrible today. Yanga-Mbiwa and Mbabu has to be the central defense partnership next week.

Comment #5What Gouffran and Jonas have is strength on the ball. Marv gets pushed off it too easily as does anita at times.
Marv and anita suite free flowing games with lots of space and possession. That was not the case today.

Comment #9beaten by a very mediocre side today. ok bale is good, but spurs were there for the taking in the 2nd half. when you needed a manager with balls mrs pardew is not the candidate. so back down to earth with a bump. the problem for us is always going to be there in the form of pardew. that is why we will never progress while he is still in charge- never. so instead of slating certain players, unless its cisse, look to see why we dropped off in the 2nd half, look no further than our incompetent manager. pardew out.

Tottenham pressed us almost the entire game. That’s where having some English players in the midfield really helps. We did alright with the pressure but it was still an uphill struggle.
Scum have Arsenal at home, Shampton host City and Wigan are at Chelsea, I think our table position isn’t in much danger and our next few matches won’t require nearly as much resolve from us to get a result.

Comment #14goofy or taylor although not really happy how he dived in for the 2nd goal but overall an outstanding performance imo. Guti and Cisse were poor today and sissokho showed he can have games were he is not out of this world.

Comment #18Time to get a look at M’Biwa. And the surprise is that it’s Taylor who keeps his place, and Colo who takes a seat.
With everybody fit, this is the starting XI.
4-2-3-1
Krul
Debuchy Taylor Mbiwa Santon
Tiote Cabaye
BenArfa Sissoko Gouffran
Cisse
(One small positive to the loss: Perch can now make way for Tiote, since AP wouldn’t change a winning side.)

Comment #20No7, where did you hear that mate? Hope that’s not the case. Colo’s had a poor season, I voted Tayls despite the second goal, I’m all for seeing how Mapou does now in place of Colo.

Comment #26Coloccini’s 100% does not hack it for me ,but I have never rated him that highly. For me he should be on the bench for couple of game to somebody that wants to play for us a chance.

Comment #28I thought Jonas played a good game today. He was the only guy in the wall who jumped on that first goal. If the rest had done so, the ball would never have gone in. Having said that, Gouffran was the man. When he left, it was all downhill.
I wonder if we could swap Cisse for HBA when HBA comes back. Cisse’s confidence is really screwed up right now. He’s missing easy shots all the time.

Comment #29Alreet fellas…new here! 1st half was great, 2nd…well, just not good enough.
Also, I have the new black and white shirt for next season! There are royal blue thin stripes on the black stripes. big white back again and v-neck collar.
Once I figure out how to post pics on here I can put the 3 tops on the site! The away is bright yellow with royal blue trim and the 3rd/Euro top is similar to the dark blue/black denim green/orange shirt from late 90’s!

Comment #31My only gripe about the team selection against the spuds was why did Perch start &Tiote on the bench.Should have been the other way round surely
