Hasley has to go for that display. Missed a horror tackle and Wigan player punching the ball in the box that lead to a goal. Unbelievable.

People saying the ref didn’t see it is excatly why were bringing up the point the fa should do something about it and don’t ref cost us 3 points today

if the ref had took two seconds to go look at a replay and seen it wigan would have been down to 10 men =easy win

Football really needs to go the way of cricket. Have 1 reviwe per team each half for reasons like that tackle or the hand ball punch.
Footballs becoming a joke. It’s in the dark ages and makes me mad.

Who is voting for Santon? He scored but he was disappointing to say the very least.

Just one of those games where anything that could have went wrong did go wrong. Move on and hope that both Debuchy and Haidara are OK

that is better than nothing but that is not enough.

Every controversial decision should be views on camera. 2-4 times in a half, maybe, but then the game will be so much more fair.

    right

fair enough the ref was shocking today,, but that does not excuse how poor we look as a team

the ref has no control pf how we are set up

the ref does not take any of our training sessions

in that whole game we had a 10 min spell around 70 mins where we looked just ok

cisse is just a goal scorer, so why play him any where but up front

we have no width in our team at all, unless the full backs push up and when they do it leaves the 2 @ the back exposed

pardews tactics are poor,, beyond poor inffact

but all the focus will be on the tackle, and not how poor we are as a team

    NO SHAPE OR DISCIPLINE

Hopefully Wigan will stay up and Villa and QPR will go down. We will then be able to sign Benteke and Remy for decent fees. It’s obvious that we need at least 2 more strikers.

Btw lads, just thought I’d say that both Tiote and Sissoko were AWFUL today! Only players I thought were above average were Santon and Debuchy(for 10 friggin mins)! Oh and M’Biwa doesn’t look the best either! And next week, we’re gonna get killed! I think you can tell what sort of mood I’m in after that game!

Alot of our players didn’t play at their best today. The ref was awful but the main reason is Cisse is still a shadow of himself from last season, Tiote was poor again. Even Sissoko wasn’t up to much this game.

Shows how much we miss cabs, really hope debuchey and haidira aren’t too badly hurt

Luckily I don’t think anyone does.

Pardew switching to three at the back and pushing Santon up got us the equaliser. Of course no one noticed that, because you’ve already had your end-of-game moans planned out since kickoff.

Just shit luck. Had the ref had a good game it would be a victory for NUFC and Wigan would be 10 men, and mcmannaman would be banned for 6 matches. Shit happens, and we need to press on. Never surrender 🙂

Halsey was man of the match for wigan.

We did well when we switched to 3 centre backs. Good goal from santon. Not sure who our best player was. Perch did canny when he came on. Jonas worked hard in defence as usual. I’d probably give it to santon for scoring, even though he gave them the first goal.

why is it when we have a important game we somehow get screwed by the ref or linesmen, not a bad game today i think jonas did all the right things today as he did on thursday, credit to Pardew because having 2 players taken off under 17 minutes is a disaster and he coped, wigan should of had a player sent because that kind of tackle is un-call for and the handball just ended our crucial game once again by the ref.

We were the better team till debuchy got injured. Then wigan scored, just when we started getting back in to it haidara got slaughterd with a potenialy career ending tackle.
I’m not blaming the players today, they were tired and were constantly been shuffeled we didnt deserve to win but we did deserve a draw.

If the ref wasnt a biassed piece of sh1t we would of kicked on and won the game after mcmanan got sent off but no, the ref will say he saw nothing wrong and the FA will say they cant punish him.
I’ve just completly lost intrest in football for the next week or so. Total Bullsh1t today, ref ruined the game. We have had the unluckiest season in BPL history

You’re right, tactics are what got us back in the game, poor individual performances cost us a point. The ref was shocking and everything seemed to go against us so I don’t see how the blame can be put on Pardew.

Santon was dreadful, unfortunately the one person who could realistically challenge him for his position could potentially have broken his leg.
