The positive news on Massadio Haidara continues, and it seems that he has only suffered bad bruising of his knee and thigh and some soft tissue damage, but other than that he’s fine, and news today that he could be back playing in early April.
Massadio Haidara – playing again in early April – unbelievable
A statement from the club today read as follows:
“We can confirm that results of the latest scan on Massadio Haidara show that the player has very fortunately escaped any significant bone or ligament damage following the dangerous tackle by Wigan Athletic’s Callum McManaman on Sunday. “
“We are very pleased that the extent of his injury is less severe than first feared and is limited to bruising to the bone and soft tissue damage.” “Depending on the speed of his recovery he should be fit to play again in early April.”
“Massadio will continue to be assessed over the coming days.” “He has been very lucky that he has not suffered more serious injury and this positive diagnosis in no way lessens the club’s views with regard to the severity of the tackle from which it resulted.”
That’s a good statement from the club because the good news doesn’t excuse the terrible tackle by McManaman or the inappropriate comments made by both the Wigan manager and the owner, not to mention the FA – who didn’t do anything about the tackle whatsoever.
As soon as we heard that he not sustained any ligament damage to the knee, we knew it was really good news for the Frenchman, and that he had probably only received some very severe bruising.
And when Massadio early in the week said that God was on his side – he was very close to the truth.
He’s a very lucky boy – but this is great news.

One of the bullington boys initiation for new “members” is to walk up to a homeless person and take a £50 note out of their stacked wallet and set fire to it and laugh to their “friends” as they run away.
Apart from the sickening and juvenile richboy traits shown, It is also against the law for anyone other than the royal mint to destroy British currency without permission.
Needless to say, virtually all of the known Bullington boys are born with a silver spoon up their hoop and have never done a hard days work in their lives.
It truly sickens me how all the money in the world is owned by 1% of the population and 90% of that is handed down and not earned.
Anyhoo, good news about Sadio, hopefully we wont be short numbered at the back for too long, so we can get back to winning ways, both in Europe and Prem.
Its funny how the redtops and tory papers have only just printed the pictures and story of our muppet fans, when they have had the evidence all week, Now the mcmanamon hatred and bitterness from the public has died down, they print this non story about a few numpties disrupting a couple of football games and causing a massive £200 worth of damage and there were mass battles between ……..err ..no-one and loads of property was …….left untouched……and the police had to………err…..do nothing.
Talk about a frecking smokescreen by the journos……The Ukranians did more damage around Newcastle than was done at Wigan and what was reported……….err nothing.
Admittedly the pictures look bad but, nothing was broken (otherwise there would be pictures) and no-one was hurt this is just the southern press up to their normal tricks, we just need to read between the lines……..Whelan is a Tory, The FA is made up of Tories and the Redtops and broadsheets are all owned by Tories……you scratch my back and I will make sure your player dont get done and make sure poor old wigan end up the ones who were sinned against by the end of the week………money talks especially among the FA and Journalists…….HWTL
