Aubameyang’s Father Wants Quick Move – To Newcastle?

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has said some good words about Newcastle and their fans, and it seems that his father and adviser, Pierre Aubameyang, is hoping for a quick transfer this summer, but it has to be the right deal.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – his father wants quick move

And make no mistake, there are some big clubs after the Gabon International, including Bayer Leverkusen , Borussia Dortmund , Anzhi Makhachkala, Newcastle, Swansea and PSG – among others.

The Gabon international will very likely leave Saint-Etienne this summer, provided the deal meets with Saint-Etienne’s expectations, and the deal has to be at least £15M, according to le10sport in an exclusive they have out today.

This is what his father and adviser, Pierre Aubameyang , had to say:

“For now, I have contacts, I have had people on the phone, different clubs, I listen, I respect everybody. We make the decision, I insist, with St. Stephen , at that time.”

“It is out of the question that we will rush” “It is safe for everyone, if it can be fixed, then the sooner the better.” “That’s for both AS Saint-Etienne , which could backfire, as my son looks forward to his integration into his new club.”

“After that, I hope it will be quite fast, but there is no question of rushing this.” “This is a very important choice in the career of my son – do not be mistaken. And of course, we do not forget the part of Sr. Etienne”

What the player himself has said today is that his first choice would be to move to England, where he can play in one of the top two football leagues in the world (Spain being the other one).

Certainly his comments, which we reported earlier today, are very promising for Newcastle, but it still be a coup if Newcastle can pull this one off.

Here’s where Joe Kinnear can prove he can get the job done as Director of Football at Newcastle.

Lets hope he becomes the first big signing, it will make other potential signings easier to get in. I think he will come, the French connection at the club will have influence. It would also indicate a statement of intent by MA, who has already taken action to show his displeasure at last seasons near disaster. As we all have, he shares the same feelings as the fans, the guy wants success – watch this space, have faith.

Kinnear must be judged on this (and Ashley, too). If they get PEA then, hats off to them. They prove they are the ‘Daddies’. If they don’t get PEA, …and miss out on Bony, …then they need to accept the writing on the wall – they are Shite and need to go!
If they fail now, surely, their sense of integrity has to kick in sometime.
