Newcastle’s New Home Shirt For Next Season

We’ll join the crowd – here is a leaked photograph of Newcastle’s new home shirt for next season that’s currently doing the rounds on the Internet.

nufc hom,e shirt

Newcastle’s new home shirt?

And this is probably the actual shirt, and it looks good – apart from that WONGA.com sign on it – it’s got those thin blue stripes on the front and sides which look neat.

And the blues are nicely color coordinated – we like it.

What do you think?

Is that a blue stripe in between the black and white….. Are we just making it to suit wonga? Why not have it all sky blue, with there web address and phone number on as well.

    Ahah!

4-3 Newcastle! At the 89th minute!

But the defense is poor, especially with one man more…

    Thanks MacToon @194
    for 70’s cup game!

    Some interesting things:

The ref looks like a clown pointing to Howard to get off field! Good idea that red card, when someone eventually thought of it.

Pitch invasion? Why? Also the pitch quality was so crap.

    Gay moment at 5.32..

Last but not least. Forgot how low quality football used to be….

    Thanks though, was fun that.

Watched those vids on previous thread. Some great memories, some way before my time, some from around the time I got infected!

I like this kit, aside from the tack slapped across the chest.

A vid of the 69 victory, the last of the club.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAw2qvZq4us

4 lads from Scotland, 2 from wales and 1 from Danemark in the team. Oh yes… it was also four english lads!
    And not a single french…

This Moncur lad was a strange fellow… So he scored only 3 time for Newcastle during his career at the club, and all of these 3 goals during the two legs of that final!!!

Not a single goal during the other 294 games!

Remind me Thuram who scored the only two goals of his international career against Croatia during the semi final of the 98 world cup…

And to finish with it, Moncur also played for Sunderland.

    A strange bird…

Joe blog…that tack will buy us another very average player this year so be very thankful!

Cabs won’t be wearing it, Cisse won’t be wearing it and neither will a.n.other purple…we’ll be three purples down before we start this summer so JFK needs to get his hand off his dick and get going before we miss out.

No way Carrick…nice story about a geordie coming home and all that bollox but that ain’t gonna happen for sure.

IMO the money we get for cabs and Cisse will be spent on two very good strikers and one more CB and a winger…we’ve got loads of good midfielders coming out the woodwork…it’s the defence and attack that need improving along with the need for a winger

Niafron, Looked it up at Wiki too, apparently lots of teams, but never really NUFC:

‘The song was later adopted by Scottish team Celtic F.C.,[12] Dutch teams Feyenoord, FC Twente and SC Cambuur,[16] Germany’s Borussia Dortmund, Mainz 05, 1. FC Kaiserslautern, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Alemannia Aachen, FC St Pauli, SV Darmstadt 98,[17] Belgium’s Club Brugge, Japan’s F.C. Tokyo[18] and Spain’s CD Lugo.[19]’

I’d be very surprised if we sold 3 of our top players and sign no one.

I’m not Ashley’s biggest fan but I really can’t see that happening.

As for signing Carrick, it would be immense as he is one of the PL’s most underrated player, top class passer of the ball but I can see Moyes building his midfield around him next season.

Well on, the vid, you heard it clearly, so it was alot of people singing and moreover, they did that after the team scored the winner at the 89th minute of the kind of game who brand a generation.

So this is not any time, and singing that at this moment have some signification.

strange you say that after the recent posts you’ve done on another/your web-site as you are very critical of Pardew and his brand of Football.

Cisse and Cabs are the two players that have suffered the most under Pardews brand of football so what makes you so sure they’d want to stay and endure that shit again

I said it two months ago and I’ll keep on re-iterating it…we’re losing Cabs and two more purples this year…watch this space.

They will be replaced…of that I have no doubt…but they are going for sure

I’m critical of Pardew, and I am critical of Ashley, but you’re failing to realise that it doesn’t matter if these players want to leave or not, they will not be sold until Ashley gets a top top offer for them and given their form last season I simply cannot see any club making an offer good enough to force Ashley to sell Cabs or Cisse.

Cabaye is probably valued at around 20 million quid, and Cisse is probably valued at around the same, if not more.

Do you see any clubs stumping up that kind of cash?

All right for Cab, 20 millions, but same for Cisse is maybe much…

Concerning Cab, i don’t see Paris move for him, cause the opinion of Blanc does not matter, it s Leonardo who decide alone (well, he still have to report to the Prince of sand…).

We bought Cisse for 9 million, and I cannot see Ashley spending that sort of money so he can simply make a few million quid of profit. I don’t think we would sell him for anything less than 20 million
