Seven of Newcastle’s games through the end of November will be screened live in the UK.
Fabricio Coloccini – will lead Newcastle next season
Sky Sports (SkyS) have chosen five of Newcastle’s games, and BT Sports (BTS) have selected two matches to be shown live in the UK, over the first eleven weeks of the season.
In the US we have been promised that every single Premier League game will be available live on either Fox Sports (Subsidiary of Sky Sports) or NBC Sports, who have taken over from ESPN, and now share the duties for the very first time, of broadcasting Premier League games.
And Newcastle’s very first game has been put back to Monday night – so at least we’ll know what we have to do to be top of the league after the game. 😀
Here are the Newcastle games that will be televised live in the UK,with the new kick-off times – courtesy of the Newcastle United web-site:
Mon 19th Aug, 2013 – Man City v Newcastle (8:00 pm KO), SkyS
Mon 30th Sep, 2013 – Everton v Newcastle  (8:00 pm KO ), SkyS
Sat 19th Oct, 2013 – Newcastlev Liverpool (12.45 pm KO), BTS

Comment #82Jazzy look back mate, Sunderland had 17 first team players as window opened, they need players!
Thats what 14m now?! on what 7-9 players?!
We spent 18m on 5 players in January!!
Looked to buy PEA for 15m alone! Does not show ambition buying a load of players, in fact its worrying!

Comment #83i think we as fans should not be that much concerned of our finances right now….If we can get a cabaye or a sissoko sort of signing,i will be more than happy with it…the important thing is that we need to sign some quality players…that doesnt mean we should spend like manchester city or something…we do have a strong base to buld on…maybe a couple of quality signings would do for this season…i would be happy with sinclair/remy,bent and a yound cb…the most important thing is to take care of our injury problems….there is something really wrong with our fitness team…that should be sorted out…if we could start the following team for atleast 30 games,we could have a really great season.
Krul
Debuchy MYM Colo Santon
Sissoko Anita/Tiote(Depending on the opposition and form)
Cabaye
Ben Arfa Remy/Sinclair

Signing players is worrying? Huddlestone would be an excellent signing for them, he has a great range of passing.
If we’re talking about buying British, buying cheap, I wouldn’t have been adverse to signing Huddlestone for 5m and moving Tiote on.

Comment #85So if it’s gona make you miserable and negative everyday either get behind them or stop supporting them, You can’t support a team and not the owner, he controles everything.
@Tads you can’t say he ignored pardrew he wen’t and bought 4 players if you recall, It was limbais fault for lack of communication, why you think kinnear is here now.

So if we support Newcastle we have to like every single part of the club? Is that in some form of official policy or have you just made that up?

I NEVER thought we would get in the EL again, but we did.
We have a strong team, average manager I agree, but he did take us to 5th so give him time, see what happens.
Also most people are moaning about no buys, or simply why we do not have ambition by not buying players now. INCLUDING YOU.
Its the 11th of July not even August and you are desperate for signings …..
“I don’t want the financial security of my club to suffer, but to suggest that we don’t have the capacity to invest in the way that other clubs around us are is ludicrous in my opinion.”
We will invest, give them a chance. The number 1 target clearly was PEA, we didn’t get him and Pardew himself said they are looking to bring 2 strikers in, 4 or 5 targets. I admit its not guaranteed, but he too knows the issue of our squad, and what is needed to improve it.

Wow four players you say!
Who? We had Anita for the first team, then Curtis good for the reserves amalfitano (freebie) for the reserves and bigi who surprised everyone by featuring
Where was the CF we still needed? Or the RB? Or the CB?
Oh yeah nowhere, that’s right blame dekka because mike has no idea what’s going on at his own club ffs!
Who employed dekka? Who employs pards? Who’s the only one with the power to change something at the club when it’s not working?

at least Owen warms the benches for the other lads… Kinnear just spouts nonsense and pi$$es everyone off by getting their names wrong.

Comment #110you gotta laugh after sitting back and looking at this that we are talking like the transfer window has shut and that we know whats going to happen next season !
i’m hoping for good things come the end of the window i’m fairly upset so far that we never actually signed anyone on opening day as i was hoping we had a pre-contract aranged with someone but i’ll wait till close of window before i make a judgement on weather we got it right or wrong i think.

If you think you it’s acceptable to get through life throwing insults for no reason then I feel sorry for you. How do I need to grow up? I didn’t hurl childish insults.
Also, the lack of ambition does not simply apply to this window, it applies to nigh on every single transfer window since Ashley has taken over the club, with the exception of a few windows where we brought in real quality. It needs to be consistent!
At least you admit that investment is not guaranteed…
Kevy
I don’t support the club because of the owner, if that is what you’re asking? Seems like an odd question if you ask me.
