i actually really like the new home kit, its smart

  • 2 Ted Bundy // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:37 PM

So that’s why we signed Anita.

  • 3 Toonboy_84 // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:38 PM

    Love the sponsor :(

  • 4 plana // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:38 PM

    Money spinner.

  • 5 Rotonda heights // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:38 PM

it really starts to look like a sale may be on. Clearing the decks, no incoming investment, ridiculous appointment of JFK who couldn’t negotiate buying a newspaper and the continued employment of Pardew. Maybe 2+ 2 = 5 but may be just may be.

  • 6 OhSholaAmeobi // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:38 PM

Is that Newton at the bottom?
Looks good I think, gonna get one. With my surname on this time cos every other one i’ve had the player has been sold.

  • 7 Ted Bundy // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:40 PM

    Rotonda

You barter for newspapers? Tighter than Mash!

  • 8 The Arizona Geordie Pizzicato // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:40 PM

    definitely not Conor Newton!

  • 9 The Arizona Geordie Pizzicato // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:42 PM

    repost (referring to Sissoko’s twitter)

Mister Tuff, could that be a typo? don’t think too complicated esp it may be typed from a cellphone.

  • 10 toonarmydownsouth // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:42 PM

    OhShola
Lol! Ba it’s just a model on the puma website it’s been up for about a week now

  • 11 ~Joke-innear~ // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:43 PM

    @6

get one with jfk on the back. maybe that way this useless excuse for a dof will leave

  • 12 Jail for Ashley // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:45 PM

    Rotonda,
Imo opinion he isn’t going anywhere until Rangers are back in the CL which is another another four seasons I think, so steady yourself for another four of Pardew, frustrating windows and mid table mediocrity until he sells us to one of his mates for more of the same.

  • 13 The Arizona Geordie Pizzicato // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:45 PM

    TADS, that’s our new striker.

  • 14 DokToon // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:48 PM

anyone see the pic of the third shirt? thought that looke decent…

  • 15 Big Pappa Cissé // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:48 PM

Very nice strip IMO . Loving the blue trim as well. From other pictures I have seen the back is completely black as well. I don’t like Wonga but it will be hard to resist getting one of these with Ben Arfa on the back ;)

  • 16 OhSholaAmeobi // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:48 PM

    @10

just realised he’s a ginge. it’s not as if we’ve seen him in action though!

    @11

haha, i’d get mobbed for that.

  • 17 toon kk // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:50 PM

I’m not bothered about the wonga logo on the shirt, everyone knows what they are about before NUFC got involved.
The main thing is we got the name of our stadium back. Only a sad tw@t would want to change the name. Just proves how greedy MA Is.

  • 18 ~Joke-innear~ // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:50 PM

At first… but then you would be praised as a hero. A hero that vanquished the beast.

Come on.. take one for the team… surely its worth if it gets rid of JFK.

  • 19 Mister Tuff // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:51 PM

the Arizona – yes indeed it could an error but with past experience of the transfer window and all the rubbish being thrown around – I am suspicious of reported “facts”. Do not know who is supposed to have sent the message -but probably not a native French speaker.
Having said that I would welcome him to SJP.

  • 20 John Tudor // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:51 PM

i just see this as more proof ashley wont do anything till he needs too
it must show the believers he is not good for newcastle never has never will

  • 21 viv // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:51 PM

Save up and buy one Doktoon.

  • 22 OhSholaAmeobi // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:55 PM

Apparently Sissoko said Gomis is welcome to come to newcastle and to stay strong with the current position and banishing to the reserves.

However…there is a verified account MS 7 and a one with a lot more followers and more fluent french, so it may well be someone posing as him.
Gomis’ account is real though, he talks to his mate Guilavogui a lot

  • 23 The Arizona Geordie Pizzicato // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:55 PM

Mister Tuff, so someone said it’s posted on Sissoko’s account. I am just a bit curious if it is really so.

someone mentioned about a lot of activities going on @ Benton. What is it?

  • 24 Big Pappa Cissé // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:56 PM

Can you imagine the Irony of an NUFC supporter taking out a Wonga loan to buy the new strip :) .

  • 25 low fell mag // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:57 PM

Lets not be too hasty ,I know its frustrating, but hopefully the QPR signing of Austin will decide the future for Remy in the next day or two.
Fingers crossed he chooses the magpies ,as Cissie and Remy will be a really exciting and destructive partnership.

  • 26 northernirishtoon // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:57 PM

Is it only me that thinks a year loan for remy is a stupid deal

I know it’s better than nothing but is this what we have come to?

Trigger his release cause or look for someone else simples

  • 27 toon kk // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:58 PM

We should all stick together and boycott st James Park on our first game if no new signings come in, its a good way of getting the message over.

  • 28 lesh // Aug 1, 2013 at 6:59 PM

Watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, again, and I’m sure Jack Nicholson could be taking the part of a Newcastle supporter. Much as he tried, he didn’t win either!

  • 29 Goodfella // Aug 1, 2013 at 7:01 PM

Hopefully we get a signing in tomorrow and he can be unveiled in the new strip :)

  • 30 Mister Tuff // Aug 1, 2013 at 7:03 PM

The Arizona – somebody has said that there is a fake Sissoko account on the go. Sissoko is a born and bred French lad so I presume he would know how to spell this most elementary and probably most widely used French verb. Definitely dodgy.

  • 31 jeraziah // Aug 1, 2013 at 7:07 PM

Haha LOL Ed, its not Sissoko its MYM!!

  • 32 isleofmanman // Aug 1, 2013 at 8:02 PM

    The strip is OK

    Wonga is embarrassing. Period.

It must have taken some highly paid knob-head to remember to include the weeny/vertical ‘dot com’

    FFS

  • 33 scout // Aug 1, 2013 at 8:29 PM

I would have preferred wonka .com
And get grampa joe on the back

  • 35 knvbmick // Aug 1, 2013 at 9:56 PM

Nice strip as always – love bold black and white – blatant advert covers far too much of the strip – we wont be able to wear it with teams that wear blue – shame!

  • 36 papattack // Aug 1, 2013 at 10:13 PM

thats mbiwa in the ariclt isnt it?? not moussa

  • 37 paul24 // Aug 1, 2013 at 11:41 PM

Doesnt look too bad, shame it will fall to pieces like the rest of the sh1te puma makes.

  • 38 Moe // Aug 2, 2013 at 7:22 AM
