Newcastle Moving In For £8M Blackpool Winger – Money Available

The Mirror is reporting that Newcastle are about to make an £8M move for Blackpool winger  Tom Ince, and Tom was simply outstanding in the second half of Newcastle’s game at Blackpool last week, when we won 1-0.

Tom Ince – a Newcastle £8M target

Everton are also said to be interested and a couple of weeks back Cardiff City had an £8M bid accepted by Blackpool for the player, but Tom didn’t move to Wales after an agonizing wait and decision, citing his new baby and that he wanted to stay near Blackpool.

The Mirror is reporting that even with £8.5M being paid out for Bafe Gomis and a loan deal for Loic Remy, which is a  £2M fee plus his wages, which could all add up to  £5.5M for the  Remy loan next season.

And Mike Ashley is reported to have given the go ahead to Joe Kinnear to go after Tom Ince,  and the money is available.

Everton and maybe Tottenham are also interested, but if Spurs sell Gareth Bale to Real Madrid for a ridiculous £105M, they are going to be linked with every player available.

And Madrid are also said to be after Luis Suarez after they get Bale – so how do they meet the Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules?

They don’t, and if the FFP means anything at all, that should become a problem for the Spanish club.

While Ince turned down a move to Cardiff  City for personal reasons, it is thought that Newcastle would be a different proposition.

And after possibly bringing in seven Frenchmen this year, if we get Gomis and Remy through the door, then Newcastle want to bring in an Englishman – for a change.

Tom Ince would be a great signing for Newcastle United.
