Newcastle Fans Don’t Expect Much At Everton

Before our last league game against Hull City, Newcastle fans were in good spirits and a win at home against Hull would have given us 10 points from our first five game, and a great start after starting so poorly at Manchester City.

Alan Pardew – can he get a win at Goodison?

And in our poll of how the game could go a full 85% of fans thought we would win that game, but we lost it, and our defensive play again left a lot to be desired, as we somehow managed to lose that game to the newly promoted side and concede three goals at home too. 🙁

This time around  fans are not that confident of getting much at Everton, and only 20% of voters think we can win the game, with 30% think we can come away with a point.

There is still time to vote – so let’s know how you think this game will go tomorrow night.

that’s a good one mate lol

i put lose because simply Everton have been performing fantastic this season and we will have no chance, unless Pardew can defy the odds again and we manage to scrap a win.

further note if Cisse starts ahead of Gouffran against Everton we will be certain to lose

tequilamag- Your quite right on the level of. Support and atmosphere generated by the toon army. The Villa game where there was an attendance of 37,000 + included 2,800 noisy and jubilant away fans. A variety of anti JFK banners were unfurled in the away end.

Good to read your balanced input once more.

Well win tomorrow, Everton aren’t all that. Gareth Barry???? Come on lads he’s a cart horse. If we play to our max we win. Too much negativity on here. On other matters watched the Man U game yesterday, they’re bang in trouble.

I think we’ll win 1:2 because the team respect and play well for Pardew.

What we don’t expect is another lack lustre performance with some players only going through the motions. Our players should be looking at the commitment levels shown by the Baggies and Villa players yesterday if we are to get anything out of the game.

    I voted for a draw !

But if we go in all expecting to lose. then we may as well give it up now before we start !

I think if we can stop Baines, and that means not giving away any Stupid Free kicks near de goal-box then we will be okay !

I,m expecting a draw but am hoping that the team does,nt do what they do so often and score 0-1 and then just try to shut up shop and defend for the rest of the game. We need to make 0-1 and then push on and try to score the 0-2 and even the 0-3 !
If the Team can learn to do that, and not only against the Toffee,s but other teams aswel then we will be okay !

It happens far too often that we get our noses in front only to lose it by the final whistle, is that really Pardew,s fault? I don,t know if it is or not, but it pisses me off when it happens!

We could beat Everton tomorrow night, with the right attitude and if we get into them from the start !
