Bunch of negative muppets on here again. I’d seriously hate to be in a war alongside some of you lot!

We were the better team and especially dominant in the second half. They perhaps played with a bit more passion and energy than we did and that’s crucial in a derby. They were at home too and with a new manager.

Blame the manager and the owner as much as you like, I wonder what the players think about the crap that some fans send their way and the demands for the manager (who signed many of them) to leave.

I’m not mincing words any more. Anyone demanding Pardew or Ashley to leave it an idiot. Demand for Ashley to do more for sure, chant and get on his case every day to either inspire him to improve things or let someone else do it, but incessant infighting and unreasonable demands NEVER helped a club and won’t help us.

I get that people are passionate, so am I (hence this message), but you can be passionate and an idiot at the same time. And passion is no excuse for idiocy…

How anyone can say it’s not Ashley’s fault is unreal.. It’s his fault we had a young left back at centre back. We have started playing good football this year we haven’t really played hoofball all year,
People over rate our team also. Tiote was only one that showed any commitment to cause today giving him armband is a great stroke, if I knew the money would b put back into club I’d say sell cabaye , Marv, benny , cisse , gouffran ..
Felt sorry for dummett they played 2 big lads knowing they could bully him

make no mistake about , while I think the players should have a hard look in the mirror tonight , there is only one guy to blame for this

take a bow Mr Alan Pardew

you set our team up to control the game rather than win it, HBA is not a CF remy is Not a left winger , goofy looks lost out there

our players look lost out there , and the player looking the most lost is poor sissoko , I wasn’t quite sure why we started with 3 DMC again and yes there was 3 cabaye did not get forward he kind of sat around the half way line

cisse looks lost, I like him he chases things down and get no support from anyone

how anyone can stick up for pardew after a second defeat to Sunderland where on both occasions we show no fight is beyond me

a football fan supports the team not the manager,

I’d have put us up on possession and chances created. Not by much I admit but especially in the second half we were well on top. Could easily have gone on to win 3-1 after the equaliser.

They showed a bit more passion than us. Hardly bloody surprising given the turmoil at the club is it?

ToonDarnSarf, negative it may be, but it is a reflection on a team who miraculously scraped relegation last year, spent nothing in the summer, and have been beaten again by Sunderland who have only one point and the joint worst start in Premier League History.

All that, with capable, international standard players.

Crosses and corners into the box were all aimed at the far post, and every single f****** time our ONE attacker in there went for nearest post. Do these guys train in the same team? Do they get the same instructions I wonder?. The one time a player finally wendt for the far post we score.

Perhaps just before the next Derby we will change our manager – good ploy for at least 3 more points. Reckon we’ll be in bottom 4 after next 3 league matches & out of League Cup. There is just no passion in this once great club. I hear all that’s been said but we were beaten today by a load of other club’s rejects :
    Johnson – City
    O’Shea, Bardsley – Man U
    Altidore – Hull
    Catermole – Wigan & Smoggies
    Larrson – Birmingham
    Borini & Dossena – Liverpool
    Cuellar – Villa

    Sad isn’t it?

    transfer seriously!??
so what your saying is that teams should only rely on team goals?
for me the point of buying players, is for there quality so if they score great goals you expect it
and to just dismiss it as lucky is scandalous in my view
you might as well have a team full of keane-esc players otherwise!
goalscorers are exactly that wether it be a tap in or a wonder goal but i still think we’re finding our feet!
we certainly aren’t hoofing it and after a few games why hit the self destruct button!
we’re building but the buttons already been hit by the looks of some of you’s

I’m proud of the fans who are passionate about the team an who can see things objectively. As far as I’m concerned, the flip flop fans can just do one. You’re as bad as glory hunters. Most of you would have become Man Utd fans years ago if you weren’t afraid that your family and friends would disown you.

But that’s coz you ain’t been on the blog for Christ knows how long, as we’ve been doing well but sure as shit as soon as we lose here you are preaching away. Do one mate and support the lads in the good times not just mouth off when we lose.

Pardew this Pardew that you negatives see what you wanna see. It wasn’t world class by any standard but we were in control bar the first 15 minutes. Didn’t create enough but not for the want of fcuking trying. Just give it a rest. Feel free to comment when we win lads, then your comments may be more relevant. Or alternatively keep doing what yous do and bash 1 out over your hatred of Pardew. Pathetic

we had 12 shots to there 6
11 of those outside the box
    3 on target

they had 6 and 4 on target

possession means nothing if you don’t do something positive with it

look at our subs v there subs , ours were player for player in a formation that was not working

there’s were player for player in a formation that was working , always looking to get the ball out wide, players at us when they had the chance

pardew and manx pie are utter muppets

    from previous post mose2nufc

HBA might do the occasional chance but what he doesn’t do is make passes enough. pardew wanted him to play on the left side but instead HBA was all over the place today and I their was load shouting for him to pass it to them yet what does he do keeps hold of it.
the number of times he had 4 players onto him at the same time shows they knew he wouldn’t pass the ball.

this is also another reason that I think pardew doesn’t play him as a number 10.

ToonDarnSarf, with all of Pardew’s career long negative record breaking runs, I’d be interested to know what you think would be unacceptable from him as a manager? I read before that you said it would be if we are not tenth by Christmas. Is that correct?

Pochettino has Southampton playing some decent football, which is through good management and coaching. Characteristics which our manager sadly lacks.

Brining Shola on was a joke. We were on top the better side and I honestly think Pardew took the piss by bringing him on. Remy for Shola! F*****g embarrassing. Pardew’s is an arrogant twat. That change was wrong. He got it wrong again. His judgement is flawed. He has to go.

Correct. I think too half is a minimum and the board have said as much. I expect him to go if it looks like this is not going to be achieved and I definitely except him to go at the end of the season if it hasn’t.

I think this is fair and it is what the board have said. Demanding he leaves after every poor performance is about as stupid as demanding he’s paid more every time he has a good one!
