Adam Campbell scored his second goal for St. Mirren yesterday in their great 3-2 victory at Hibernian – he took the chance really well.
Adam has been on loan at the Scottish Premier League club since early January and joined Conor Newton, who will remain there for the rest of the season.

Comment #1Newcastle are a bigger club than Montpellier.
But you listen to some of ashley Apologists on here and Newcastle ARE NOT a big club.
Hence we do not spend because we can’t and will never win anything.
We rather get knocked out in the first round then make SFs or Finals.
We were a big club before Ashley took over
We eat out of dustbins.

Comment #3Would love for this lad to succeed at Nufc but I think it will depend what transpires in both this window and the summer to see where Campbell’s future lies.
Look’s like there is definitely legs in the Cabella rumours from yesterday as it is being reported that representatives from nufc are meeting cabella next week to thrash out a deal.

Comment #5Campbell needs to keep doing it at St Mirren – showed glimpses last season but is he good enough for premiership?
Anyway should the referee from yesterday’s Arsenel Fulham match be demoted for alloying Arsenal’s second goal.
Same as last weeks Tiote’s disallowed goal ball cleared comes back to Cazola who drives it in through a load of players and past the Arsenal player standing offside, in the line of the goal keepers vision, who sidesteps to let the ball past and into the net.
Nowt said on Match of the Day.
Can’t upset a top team can you!!!!!

This time 2 year ago we spent £9.5 mill on Cisse so I don’t see why we wont spend £12 mill on Cabella.Especially if there is a sell on value which we all know The fat controller cannot resist

Comment #8As well as transfers surely it is JFK’s job to negotiate contract extensions? Isn’t it time we were looking at making Cabaye an offer he can’t refuse? It is clear that he should the top earner in the side. With the high earners Collo and Jonas likely to be off the books soon there should be money in the kitty.

Comment #12For the record, Cisse cost £8.2M, that is quoted by Graham Carr, live, on radio, some time ago.

Tavernier got a goal last night too, 2nd of his loan spell, Vuckic has 1 or 2 I believe, and yesterday was Campbells second.
Abeid has gotten 2 or 3, and is very much on form in Greece.
So yes, you’re right, bodes well.
