I am a great fan of Pardew’s, over a year period only Wigan from the top 2 divisions have gained more than us in terms of profits from player sales to player purchases, if you sell as we have then as Wigan have shown it is a recipe for relegation, but rather than get us relegated he has taken a bottom half of the league side who were struggling when he came to be a top 10 side who are looking up the table to see where we could possibly finish rather than down the table to see where we could finish, all this Pardew has not done a decent job is complete nonsense, he has job exceptionally well.

However, after this latest lack of discipline ( which he is prone to ) I fear that being able to control and discipline his squad could now be an impossible job, how can the players now respect him ?, so as good as I feel that he has done sadly, I feel that he has now got to go, what frightens me is the fear of who could take over, as mentioned earlier, the Ashley remit is destined for relegation, could we find another Pardew who has improved us under the Ashley remit, time will tell ?

the more baffling thing is they drop lescott, who is a much better centre back for him too.

I know i’ll be slated for this but want the mackems to win today, support newcastle above all others but then support north east sport/sportsmen/women in general

    NEW CONTROVERSY LOOMS.
Despite all the talk about the Percy incident since it occurred yesterday, I think it has now been overtaken by a new and potentially more serious incident.
    Previously Expatmag posted the following:-

I think it was all handbags and seen worse in my missus’s hairdressers on a Saturday morning”.

Expat -I think you now have a responsibility, nay sir a duty, to explain to your fellow bloggers what the hell you were doing in a ladies hairdressers on a Saturday morning. Now come on no beating about the bush just get it out, we will understand being a very accommodating blog to the behaviour of others. Deep breath and a full explanation please. We’ll understand.
Please can you explain whether you were waiting for your missus or whether it was you getting your hair done – I just cannot imagine you sporting a bees nest hair do. Come on expat -get it off your chest.

I never want the Scum to win anything but they would deserve it if they did. Our timid owners do not want to win anything except stay in the league. The Scum have been trying to win this Cup despite being relegation candidates. Our scum owners would not risk a league place for anything. We will win nowt under Ashley. We deserve nowt because we are trying for nowt.

Since when did Wigan have 5 current French internationals and 3 current Dutch ones in their first 11

Just because we have made some shrewd buys for a change instead of trophy signings doesn’t mean we haven’t got quality. Would be very disappointed with anything less than 8th, after finishing 16th last time out.
